KFC Bendigo

In the early hours of a mystical Sunday morning (an extended Saturday night), myself and 2 friends came in 20 minutes before close to lexie at the counter. Lexie was an absolute gem, extremely polite, friendly and patient. Putting our orders together was the lovely amber. The food was awesome and amber was like lexie in being extremely polite, friendly and patient. My friends and I had a very pleasant experience

The most filthiest, discusting, putrid store. I went to toilet that was enough for me. There was faeces in every toilet, basins not clean, floor putrid. Diddnt even get food. If ya can't clean ya toilets then God only knows what you do and don't do to the food. I use to go there frequently as I was growing up. Will not give it a second chance.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! My ex boyfriend works here, and i went to dine and he was watching me the whole time and wouldnt lay his eyes off my, i felt really uncomfortable please fire him uwu

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Ben's exceptional service at KFC, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, Ben greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home.

Not only was Ben efficient and attentive, but he also went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was top-notch. He took the time to explain the menu options, made helpful recommendations, and ensured that my order was prepared exactly to my liking.

What truly stood out was Ben's genuine enthusiasm for his job. He seemed to genuinely enjoy serving customers and creating a positive atmosphere in the restaurant. His upbeat attitude was contagious and added a wonderful touch to my meal.

In addition to his outstanding service, I also couldn't help but notice that Ben is an incredibly attractive individual. His good looks added to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant and certainly made my visit all the more enjoyable. It's clear that Ben not only excels in customer service but also possesses a winning charm that enhances the dining experience. KFC is lucky to have such a talented and attractive team member like Ben!

Food was normal kfc, middle of winter and they have the aircon going flat out, blowing down your neck at the counter.fn.freezing

- The food was fresh and on par with metro Melbourne
- The dining area was SO MUCH cleaner than most of Metro Melbourne KFC
- The staff were accomodating.

Pretty clean for a fast food restaurant! The chickens were a bit too dark though. Slightly on the burnt side.

Food was good but you order your meal, order was put in a take away bag so luckily we ate in as I ordered potato and gravy and the staff didn't put a spoon in the bag. It happens to be a problem no matter what state and town you are in.

It's a fast food place, not sure if one would expect too much. I feel the biggest downside here would be the drive through, Can be unsafe during peek hour when it extends back on to High Street.

Really disappointing cold dry and stingy chicken. The delivery was ultra fast but quality of the chicken was well below poor. You had to labour to swallow it as it was so dry. Ordered 6 peices and included were 2 dried up wings that were so small they looked like they came off a budgie. Even the thigh peice was dry and tiny. Kept 3 peices and binned the rest. Never again Bendigo KFC totall disgrace.

Got a descent size order tonight. Had to travel from Huntly but l rang and spoke to manager before l left to make sure order would ne correct.

Was very pleasant. Helpful. I asked how to make sure all my order was correct for me.
AND HE DID.
Up and beyond. Lovely chap. Made sure everything was right. Even read my order back to me. Was fabulous experience. Chicken, nuggets strip's wicked wings, all fantastic.
Only 2 THINGS
1 burger absolutely smothered with Mayo. Another had none.chips Not seasoned.
But all in all Great Job. THANKYOU JAKE & TEAM.

Ordered online for the first time. Out of 18 pcs of original recipe I got 12 drumsticks! What happened to the so called "set menu"? A couple of sides and $65 later for a total rip off. KFC Bendigo absolutely sucks. They get one miserable star only because I can't give them zero. You'll never see my hard earned coin again!

Number for food was called only once and then didn't appear in ready orders so I was waiting 5 minutes before realising that orders after mine were being served. Zinger burger was missing the zing.no sauce. Apart from the that, the dining area was clean and being cleaned as we arrived. Toilets were average and possibly needed more attention. Staff were very pleasant.

“Includes three dipping sauces” yet continues to not even put a sauce in the bag. Dry nuggets it is thanks guys

I love some Kentucky I’m a big supporter. Only thing is gave me the splatters this week will try again in three weeks time.

Visited this KFC after hearing about a cute manager (Jack or something similar to that I believe her name was). Also ordered a Zinger Box and WEWEE was it delicious. Zinger fresh as can be and the chips perfectly salted. Will 100% be back to order another zinger box and see the cute manager whatever its name was: D

Freindly and helpful staff. Which is the main thing for a fast food outlet. Food tasted fresh and service was quick. Better than my local KFC by far.

Why is every Kfc that I go into absolutely filthy? The food was ok but the restaurant was dirty, untidy and it was horrible sitting there to eat.
