KFC Bayswater

I have been a local at this kfc until this evening which disgusts me. Ordered 6pcs of chicken for dinner and when I open the box I was absolutely shocked by what I saw. Is almost as if the chicken has been thrown in the tumble before putting it in the box.

The young crew boy order taking the front register did an amazing job taking our big order (obviously he’s new), although we thought he was doing a good job the manager was very passive aggressive towards him even though he just needed a little reminding on the register, she then criticised him about not handing out our drinks yet when we told him to take the orders behind us since we made a line form, he didn’t do anything wrong at all he was doing his best with his knowledge of the job. I work in fast food and would have handled this situation much differently. The young boy did an impressive job when the manager forgot items from our order. Be better next time management!

They have not gotten our order right now for over the last 3 orders. Just got home with our order my husband and son got through drive through missing 12 nuggets

Got an item off the secret menu and was pretty good, but this review is for their fantastic customer service. When i pulled up at the drive-thru Window i had a massive spider come out of no where and appear on my driver side window! Most of the staff were in shock and shared a few laughs (as did i) and then a brave staff member got rid of it for me, then gave me my food. 10/10 customer service and the best local KFC!

Waited for 15 minutes at the speaker box 4 cars on the left got orders taken people behind me reversed and left. Ended up reversing and leaving as well. Hopefully someone sees this and can see what went wrong.

There is no better feeling than to clog your arteries with KFC grease, especially after doing Scar track.

I was served by two workers, Oscar and Maddie. They were very nice and great at their job. Food was good too.

Unfortunately the chocolate moose, which has been good, has changed consistency, it now has very small lumps throughout, this has been true for the last 3 I have purchased (the first couple o hoped may have just been a bad batch so tried a third time) and means I won't be buying anymore. Disappointing as they were good.

Stuffed up the order by only providing half the meal, them the rest of it gets cold while we go all the way back to collect what's missing, which we only bothered to do because we tried calling and they never answered the phone. And not 1 drumstick out of 8 pieces. Last 2 visits to this store have been bad. This is 3rd strike. Don't know why we've even bothered giving them so many chances.

KFC Bayswater. When you need that food that hits the spot. It does the trick.

With that fast food dopamine hit.

Ask for it all made fresh if your happy to wait a bit for pure bliss.

Otherwise for me it's been 8/10 times, fast crispy chicken & chips served hot & tasty

The service at Baysy KFC is always top notch the staff are always smiley and I really like the little touch when they give your order and say “your burger with extra mayo is in there”, it’s nice and reassuring!

Update 3/3/23. Downgraded to 4 stars, yes they are super busy but always get something wrong, 3 strikes in a row. YOUR’E OUT

Had a great experience here. I ordered through the KFC app and there were so many amazing deals. I got the Burger Combo Deluxe (1 burger, 2 sides and 1 drink) and I really enjoyed it. My Zinger Burger had a yummy and zesty chicken patty, and as always, the Potato & Gravy was delicious. The drive-thru service was friendly and efficient.

Is it just me or these guys does things by the book, chickens are always fresh and doesnt disappoint. Other places i go to, cant compete with this store.

You pay for a service and fresh food. Ticks my boxes.

The worker with dark curly hair and glasses is the friendliest fast food worker I have met in a long time. Normally they all act like zombies but he gave us great service.

I had been resigned to accepting that all KFC was just various combos of stale chips, soggy burgers, dry chicken, dirty restaurants and wrongly packed orders.but not anymore! This is probably the best KFC I have had in a couple of years. Crispy, fresh, juicy chicken. Nicely seasoned, crunchy chips. Excellent and efficient customer service (they went out of their way to fulfil our special request). I'm not even overstating. Keep up the great work KFC Baysey!

Very busy the night I went there and I found the service fast the cstmembers were polite actually one of the better KFC I have visited obviously well managed as can be stressful job

This might honestly be the best fast food experience I've ever had. In store looks very fancy, ordered two spicy zinger stacker boxes and got them very quickly. Chicken was fresh as, perfect sauce to meat ratio. Chips were incredible, well salted but not too much salt. Wasn't wet or dry, still crispy. All this at a very busy time at the place. Not just the best kfc experience I've had, but has got to be the best fast food experience in general. Kudos to those working, props must be given

I usually have pretty low expectations for a KFC.but Bayswater has good food more often than not.

If I could do a 0 I would, forgers everything in the boxes and blames us for it, accusing us of doing it to get free food, manager packed the box and fights us because they packed it wrong
