Gravy is old and has no flavour had to wait 6 mins for zingers which is ridiculous as they don't shut till 11

Me and my sister both got food poisoning which caused severe vomiting from the unfried chips and chicken i’m utterly disgusted by the way they prepare their food, i will admit the service is good but serving half uncooked is something i won’t stand for

Was a regular, not any more. We liked to treat ourselves on Zinger Fillets in a box of 4 as they are the only pieces we like, and a side or two. Last two times, have got home to find the were not Zingers but regular recipe (I should have checked, my bad) and now the size of the fillets have been halved, no bigger than a tender. Very disappointing, last time I do KFC.

10 minutes I stood waiting, never acknowledged once. Gave up and went to Hungry Jacks across the road

Disgraceful service disgusting food not the first time from here. If you could give a less than 1 star I would.

Manager was great at fixing up the mistake in my order. Food is always hot and fresh and the chips have just the right amount of salt

Just bought 10 pieces of chicken, very disappointed the taste was awful, never going back.

I ordered 2 go buckets for my kids, and this is what we got. KIds were upset at getting half of what we ordered. Happens almost everytime. Chips were so stale and cold and it was busy dinnertime. Very disappointing standards

Always waiting ages and the last few times I somehow got stuck with the gross old chicken.

Basically, it's a clean environment. Can be cleaner.
Food quality in KFC standard

Ordered the 20 for $20 deal on the app and i was only given 6 tenders not 10. Paid $20 for this meal. Disappointed

It's a good KFC, never had a problem here, had a mistake with the orders, or had to wait too long.

I just stood at the counter inside your restaurant for 5 minutes waiting to be served there were staff members serving at the drive through but the rest of the store was unattended. Obviously didn’t want my money so I will go elsewhere and never return.

Dont expect to have issues answered via their complaints page. 2 orders incorrect, needless to say won’t be going back. Check your orders before you leave.

We had the Zinger hot and spicy roll meal well it hit the spot well and truly I have always liked their chips just great after a long drive from Melbourne in next to peak traffic, a coffee would have topped it off.

Terrible chips.box only half full and no salt at all.gave them to the dog.find another kfc instead
