KFC Altona North

If i could give minus stars i would how pathetic can it be to have a 30minute wait at least for a zinger burger. They says it was as peak time they didnt have any ready. Who ever owns or runs this poor excuse for a kfc either needs to get their behind down there and run the joint properly so they have enough food for the day not just peak times. Ill never ever come here again and ill tell all i know to avoid it like the plauge. Keep that up and you deserve to go out of business ive been to kfs all over melbourne and vic but this is the WORST but i dont expect any reply from anyone they are why would they care.

Today the menu was only showing the combos for big families. And there was no menu for one person. Maybe pushing sales?

Unfortunately, I've encountered a poor experience on a few occasions. They do not seem to be able to get custom orders right and usually miss items from orders. My suggestion is that you always check that you've got the entire order before leaving the store. Whilst the staff at the store & check out window appear to be nice & apologetic when there's an error, I've noticed the store supervisor dismissing these issues when raised by her staff. Poor service!

Everything you ask for 25 min wait, ohh we can replace the chicken with a wicked wing. Good story. Terrible

These guys are so rude. I reached at 2155 to order from drive through and one of the staff said to me we can’t take order because 5 mints left for closing the store. What kind of customer service they have? I suppose to order before 2200 which i did but they didn’t take my order unprofessional and rude. I will never come again

I went in at around 5pm on a Tuesday afternoon. Had to use the male toilet which was quite dirty and the toilet seat (particularly the underside) looked like it had not been cleaned properly in MONTHS! I then sat down to eat my meal, there were crumbs etc.all over nearly every table and all over the floor. Each table had visible swirl marks or grease where there has been an attempt to clean. Not going back and sending an email to head office.

Just swung past for something small before heading on our road trip through drive threw, chips are so hot they're burning my mouth, perfectly salty, so so fresh, so was everything else we got, super friendly / patient cashiers:) thanks for a great start to our trip!

Staff were friendly and provided good service. Place was kept clean too. Only con: must include halal options as the Hungary Jack opposite across the road is halal certified.

Staff here couldn't possibly be more disorganised with no direction from anyone, walk around aimlessly while I stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting foe some to take my order. And to top it off waited over 20 minutes for food to be ready and then finding items left out of what I paid for.
KFC TAKE THIS ON BOARD AND SORT IT OUT, MABYE TAKE A LOOK AT MACCAS MODELLING, ORGANISATION, TEAM LEADING AND WORK ETHICS, AND I HATE EARING MACCAS BUT THEY KNOW HOW TO RUN A FAST FOOD BUSINESS!

Really getting sick and tired of coming home from this place to find the large meal you paid for, the useless staff don’t fill the chips up. Organization more than happy to jack your prices up yet consistently jack the customer. Pathetic service

Very patient friendly staff
I had the lady behind me pay for my meal when my card declined. Nicest thing anyone's ever done surprisingly. Nice area with beautiful people obviously.

The worst KFC now two weeks in a row we have received the wrong order this week no crispy wrap so no dinner for me. And we where the only customer in the store!

Worst kfc i have ever had. Burger had no sauce, cabbage replacing lettuce and the chicken was soggy and undercooked. Chips barely salted and not hot either.

The toilets had a terrible smell. Couldn't wait to get out of there. Had to wait at least 2 minutes for someone to come n serve us. The young male didn't even say anything when he walked up. No hello or anything. Have had better conversation with a cardboard cutout.

Got. 3 piece meal with potato & Gravy dinner roll last night got home.
Chicken was so dried up couldn’t eat it, dinner roll was so hard and flat, gravy on potato and gravy had dried up. I think this meal had been around awhile. A waste of $18.00. Up your standards on food KFC.

Un cooked chicken, I always get the wrong food and I saw the stuff smoking in their work clothes before going back in to cook.

Very busy joint, they have one lane upto cash register then it splits into two lanes. Depending on your order waiting time. Great customer service so polite. Well organised and awesome food.

The order came missing my meal, bad service and bad recovery. KFC Altona north couldn’t send the missing order. I don’t know if they can’t correct mistakes like that, why would we have apps like DoorDash, order online, pay a large delivery fee and at the end one of us doesn’t get his food. It doesn’t seem logical for such a business to perform that poorly. First and last experience with KFC.

The workers at this place take to long to make the food you order. My family and I waited 40 minutes to get our food and they kept saying waited 5 minutes or 15 minutes to us. About 30 came after us ordering and they all didn't have to wait more then 5 minutes to get their food.
