The food is great, So great Patrick has become obese! I’m an African American so I love chicken!

Staff are to busy to serve customers but are happy to make sure friends are looked after people who have limited time for lunch due to work are left waiting while staff friends walk in and are seen to straight away

The place is clean and it is like all the other KFC outlets. Only issue is that they often have a reduced range available in the evening. So probably order early

The shop was grubby. The automatic glass doors were appalling. Very dirty.will not go there again.

We ordered a zinger box and a hot and spicy zinger box with 2 sets of extra hot and spicy chickens (4 extra pieces of chicken). We didn’t get our wicked wings and 2 of the extra hot and spicy chickens. I called the manager, and he was trying to argue back with me to get his point across. Telling me the person with the headset in drive through was new and still in training, which shows how his management skills are in training new staff. Horrible experience, can never trust to get the right order with Eltham KFC and we aren’t gonna be bothered to drive all the way back for 5 pieces of chicken in this economy with the expensive petrol.

Appalling service on 23/12. Was handed my drink and pretty much tell it wasn’t cold, I politely asked the young lady to get another one and she gave me the filthiest look then replied “it is cold, I just took it out of the fridge” I then asked for her to get another one. That’s not cold either. Proceeded to roll her eyes. No suggestions from her or ability to problem solve. I then asked for a seven up, it was cold, before I could tell her, she slid the door on my face at the drive through. I get you would probably get all kinds of Karen type behaviour, but what I was asking was reasonable and I was nice about it.pick up your game. Customer service was very poor.

This would have to be the worst KFC in Melbourne. Soggy undercooked chips.thawed not fried. Never fill my large chips properly and still not learning how to make your meal worth eating. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Minus 10!

Terrible service. Ordered and asked if I wanted a totally different meal. Chips hardly cooked and soggy. Ordered a large and more like a regular size, half empty and soggy chips was not something to go back for. And to top it off had a free size upgrade coupon which was not applied even after the manager looked at it.

Discusting effort tonight.soggy undercooked and underfilled chips. Learn how to cook please for the love of KFC and best interests of your customer!

Careful if you order online. They offer delivery, but there is no guarantee that it will arrive.

We waited 1.5 hours and went through 5 different delivery drivers before our order was cancelled.

So disappointed!
Buy at counter, paid for 10 wings and when open at home then only found 8 in the box.
Call back and girl said it probably miss counting,
there was only 2 customer and not busy at all so how it happen?
Previous ordered, chicken was so dry like been cooked since morning but no one buy!

To the Sunday afternoon team. Very efficient and cheerful. Been there a few times so far and never been disappointed.

Went into KFC last thursday, feeling quite depressed as i am going through a recent divorce. Upon stepping into the doors of the kentucky fried mansion, a girl with jet black hair caught my eye, who later introduced herself as bernadette. Bernadette was patient with me when ordering and even comforted me during my breakdown whilst eating my popcorn chicken go bucket.i hope you see you soon bernadette, you have cured the sadness in my heart.

For me it doesn’t look like kfc branch very bad organisation
last 3 times very bad experience always really run out something

If u are heading there now dont bother the 2 teenyboppers staff havnt bothered to open the front door, they can see me and the mrs looking at them they were to busy with the drivethru customers to open the front door tho i was looking at them for 10mins i just left now ohwell cross the road to maccas i go

Absolute useless donkeys. Order a bacon n cheese original combo, repeat the order, get the receipt & it shows what I ordered. What do I get? Zinger fkn chicken! Has happened 2 times.

Pretty decent kfc, always running out of stuff but I guess that’s not this stores fault. Staff are chill

Worst experience ever! Took over an hour and then we find out it was delivered to the wrong unit.it's drivers like this that don't really care about people's hard earned money being wasted.my house was the only house in the whole place with a front light on.remember that, back in the old days where you would leave a front light on so the driver would know which house has delivered food? I wrote in the instructions 'ring doorbell' and do you think the driver do that, seeings we couldn't even take the time to read the unit number where the food was SUPPOSED to go.
