Our team completed the excel training and found the experience to be very educational and helpful. We all left confident in using the program in the workplace

Our team completed training on using Articulate Storyline software. Brendon was a great instructor, who explained things clearly and was happy to help those who had questions or needed additional guidance. The facility was well-equipped for us to bring our own laptops with minimal fuss, and for those of us who did not have one, Brendon ensured computers were supplied and ready to go. The pacing was good, with ample breaks to prevent overload, and with fun activities to work through. The skills we learned have prepared us to confidently use this software in our workplace and think of innovative ways to present information engagingly.

The trainer was extremely knowledgeable in the SharePoint content presented. The information was delivered in language that everyone could understand. There was plenty of time for questions. The trainer ensured everyone was at the correct stages before moving on. It was an excellent training session.

I am 51 years old, and very new for Microsoft and other IT programs.
I took a PowerPoint 365 class with Mark Finney and Excel with Brandon Farrell.
I personally very much appreciate and enjoy their programs presentation, with a Professional ethics, and a Great sense and Effort to ensure that I won't missed anything or left behind.
I am going to take some more classes to get more lessons and learning techniques to gain my knowledge of IT for my future career.
I never believed that someone like me can do or learning anything about computers or IT programs, but Keystrokes learning has proofs that I'm wrong.
If anyone like ne can do, I strongly believe that everyone can do.
I have to give the Credits to Mark and Brandon for their Great jobs.

A great place to start when you are new to Microsoft 360. Gives businesses a fantastic overview on use and set up to assist in organisation and team communication tools. Never search for a lost email again, use 360 share point and find all your documents with ease! Highly recommended.

Loved the session! For a beginner it was a lot to take in, but Mark paced the learning to accommodate everyone's level. From walking in with no knowledge to leaving and having undertaken pivot tables! Absolutely amazing! I'd recommend this to everyone, even if you think you know it all! Tips and tricks even our experienced members didn't know. Plus, to then have ongoing support only an email away.

Had a ball learning InDesign, and how it works with other apps, recently.

Brendon was very kind, helpful and entertaining. I especially liked how he could share practical knowledge from his time working in print industry.

I have never seen a better demonstration of how RGB and CMY work together.

Mark did an excellent excel training session in our workplace yesterday. I found him to be tremendously knowledgeable and informative with all content of the training session, it was a lot of information to take in but Mark ensured that we all understood before continuing in the session. It was great to know that if we did not soak up all the information in the session that we got to take home our how to guide to help practice our new found knowledge. I did an intermidiate excel course as part of a workplace training and I found the content and the trainer excellent. I definatly recommend and hope to do more courses in the future.

I did a basic and intermediate online course in Microsoft office, Word and Excel at Keystroke learning. It was a pleasant experience learning from Mark, through his informative and easy to follow sessions. I feel more confident in using the knowledge gained through these courses. I highly recommend Keystroke learning to anyone who wants to upgrade their skills.

Fantastic course that gave you the best opportunity at developing and using the Articulate and Rise programs for the provision of learning. Brendan the instructor was full of knowledge and was very adept at providing support for the participants in the program. He explained things and took the time to work individually with people who may have needed support. Certainly was good at identifying his target audience and modifying his presentation to suit. Would recommend this organisation if you are in need of training in this area
