Keysborough Freedom Club Child Care Centre reviews
8 We can’t speak highly enough of Keysborough Freedom Club. Our child moved from another centre in the beginning of the year and his progress has been tremendous. He has improved socially, emotionally and academically beyond our expectation. The centre is not just babysitting our child but actually nurturing him to become school ready. They have a structured timetable and a dedicated planning time for teachers to ensure the curriculum is current, fun and educational. Our child is always happy to go there and has lots to tell us at the end of the day.
There have been times when our child has needed some extra attention. The dedication and affection of the staff to help us through these times have been exceptional. Special thanks to Vanessa and her team. We are so grateful for their care. We feel incredibly lucky to have found this centre. Our son is in safe hands and we believe he will thrive with the foundation the educators have built for him during his kinder year.
Our daughter attends this daycare/kinder facility in Keysborough and it is truly the best decision we have made. It is so hard and difficult to choose a facility that meets all your child emotional and learning needs and this one is absolutely exceptional. The staff and teachers actually care about your child wellbeing and the community within this daycare treats you like family.
We had a tough time letting go of our first child and putting them into daycare. The transition period for us was heartbreaking. However, knowing that you are dealing with professionals who are able to not only calm your child and your own emotional parental struggles of letting go, made us feel this place was the right choice for us. It's a feeling you get when you enter the daycare. It's the warmth, the authenticity and genuine care the daycare gives.
We are so happy that we want our second child to go here to. I love that they have montessori styled learning and toys. An actual outdoor play area with grass and dirt. It doesn't feel like you are placing your child in a multi-run franchise business. It's homely and warm atmosphere.
Our daughter came to the center just before she turned 1. She found it difficult to settle there however the staff were amazing and caring. They took time and worked specifically to her needs. She is now 2 and she loves going to day care and has made friends and developed so much. Can't thank the team at Freedom Club enough!
Freedom Club is a jewel in keysborough!
The teachers are amazing, they have a wonderful challenging and structured but fun and nurturing environment for each child.
The centre is safe and clean environment and our kids look forward to going and always have something to show and share with us of their time at freedom.an artwork/activity or talking about a subject their learning, giving them lots of confidence.
My kids have had incorporated in their school regularly cooking / art / library books/ nature trail/ music/ yoga poses/ environmental emergencies /first aid/ different cultures/ compassion / letters and numbers / Auslan.
I believe they are the only kinder in keysborough incorporating Auslan which can improve your brain’s motion processing and increase mental retention skills and stimulate the brain. In the past few years they preform a song at the end of year with auslan signs.
The teachers change the activities at play stations to stimulate children.
One day there are sensory play tables set up with ice cube and shaving foam, and the next a table with pom pom and tweezers for sorting/categorising, transferring, great for fine motor work. Writing stations to trace letters. Exploring in the playground learning about snails.
There have been times my kids have been sick and are unable to attend. The staff have gone above and beyond and dropped off activities that they would be creating at freedom. A picture of a tree trunk with branches, with the kids having to cut and paste brown and orange papers for Autumn. Made kids and my day!
We are so happy to have our children there and would highly recommend it to any parents looking for a stimulating and nurturing environment.
One child has started Prep but does miss their days at freedom!
Love this child care so much. My daughter learned so much here and always come home happy talking about her educators and what she did. Comparing to my older son's kinder, this is really a 5 star education centre. During this lockdown, Michelle sent down the activities pack for my daughter. I appreciate it very very much. Thanks a lot all the educators there.
Love this place! Rhonda helen and seriously each one of the staff place great efforts in our 4 yr old zo's growth. We got accepted to another popular keysborough kindy but decided to come here instead for a more personal experience and glad we made that choice. Bethany and Vanessa are great teachers, highly recommend to anyone.love the team vibes keep up the great job!
Love community spirit and the lengths staff go to make sure every child is welcome and included. Un beatable prices as well.
