What a great place to shop! Well stocked with lovely fresh meats and a diverse range of dry goods. Very good all round prices and their specials were excellent!

The cashier that served me today needs an attitude adjustment if you don’t like dealing with the public maybe get a job in a warehouse sweetheart

Me and my families have been a customer here for over 7 years now and approx 2 weeks ago I came into the store and saw a sign posted that the lamb mince swirls, curls were 5 for $7 but when the staff member packed it up than he put a sticker for over $12 on the package and when I asked him and he told me that the new girl put the wrong price tags on the wrong meat but this was not my problem and you should sell the price which was advertised for.
I still bought them but still never experienced this before as being in business and even making a mistake you should sell the product which is advertised price on the items so do we get any credits or gift vouchers for shopping at the store if we keep coming in?

We have been using keysborough eggs at our cafe for over 2 years now and they have always provided us with very fresh eggs. However in the past 2-3 months, the eggs we received were watery and not suitable for poaching especially for a cafe standard. Due to the high amount of complaints from other customers, they gave us credit for those eggs. However, the most recent order was probably the worst we've ever received, where a few eggs from the boxes we had ordered were rotten to the point that the inside of the egg was completely black and had a foul smell. This not only interrupted our service during a very busy Saturday morning, but the smell of the rotten egg filled up the entire cafe. We completely understand that this may have been an accident and therefore called up to inform customer service of what had happened. Instead of apologising or accepting their mistake, customer service was extremely defensive about their eggs claiming that they were brand new chickens and that the eggs were 'fresh'. They completely disregarded our complaint and didn't even want to see the picture of the eggs we had received. I completely understand that sometimes mistakes are made and that is fine. However, the way they handled this situation without any care for their customer is not acceptable.

Well below par service. The sheer rudeness is hard to understand unless the butcher believes his the only meat supplier in Melbourne. How about a bit of friendliness it’s not like your giving the meat away? I have been a customer for a long time and your constant good quality products kept me coming back. But the service has gone from bearable to outright rude! Try not talking down to customers and shouting about the place like it’s Preston market. I see no point in putting your customers on show for the comic value in front of staff and customers.

Found the chips on display for sale was expired, just asking for new ones, one of the male stuff members behind check out, without a mask on became rude, n trying to give us a hard time after, saying cannot leave the premise with their black basket but the trolly only, where there’s no clear signage or anything on display for this rule, I personally seen other customers taken the basket out soo many times before. If this is your way of getting back to genuine customers, let’s not return again, as the expired chips rule will apply to other products too, n bad customer service will apply to other customers too, common sense, not being rude nor unreasonable, saying all this without anger here. Don’t need negativities from shady no brainer, especially been a very loyal customer for years. Shame on you!

I really enjoy visiting from Doncaster the produce is fresh and have a great variety as well. The staff are always smiling and the customer service is above and beyond. Keep up the great work looking forward to you opening on Saturdays again - Thank you

Bought 2kl of your lean mince late Tuesday afternoon to find on thursday to cook it up that it's gone off. Only good for the dog. Not just that the coarse grades of fat that was in it was no lean mince and stringy lengths of sinude fat was a turn off as well. Not happy jan. Paid premium price for aswell.

Great service, my 1st time today and I was impressed with the range of products and plenty of parking right at the front entrance.

Fantastic service. Quality produce. The best place to get eggs. The saff are very helpfull and provide a fantastic service. They sell preserved meat. Sell italian produce as well.

No idea they use to be good no idea now would i try again thinking but nah costco beats them in prices and more fresh how they stay open gets me to much competion now

Their eggs are good, almost as good as the ones at my farm. I enjoyed the service and different types of eggs was much appreciated.

Took a wrong turn upon arriving in Melbourne for work. Since I had not been able to do any shopping, decided to check Keysborough Egg Farm out.

SERVICE
Amazingly friendly and helpful service by all the staff.

FOOD
Fresh organic produce, meats, vegetables, eggs and spices.

EGGS
Lots of fresh eggs available to purchase from a dozen to a large box.

OTHER
Packet mixes for pancakes and other items for soups, strews.
There is a good selection of dried spices in the egg sales area.
Sauces, egg pasta, packaged soups and other goods are also available.

Worst quality of eggs, i bought a box of eggs for 42$, out of which allmost half box i had to through away, some sticking to the bottom of the tray nd rest after boiling they brake nd messes up, not even a single egg boiled properly nd the ones which are boiled they taste rubber, won’t recommend anyone to buy eggs from them.

If there was a -minus I would rate it- Just bought 2 trays of 800g eggs had 4 rotten in 1 tray and 6 in the other, I will never go there to get eggs.

Always used to go here for years and always bought a good amount until one time when I got ripped off with more than half my purchase was given to me rotten. I did not realise this as when I got home I put the meats and chicken in my freezer and gradually using them only to find out that almost every piece of chicken was either spotted or complete green patches. It was after a week this happened and I ripped open all the chicken and found the same thing. I threw the whole purchase out as it was already frozen and I didn't save my receipt and I knew the store wouldnt believe me and would somehow make it my fault, so I just stopped going there again until now when I had no other choice but to go there. Never been more disappointed with them and yes there are many grumpy staff there
