We made the big mistake of entering contract them. They still not able to Complete first stage of building house even after one year of entering contract. They have all type of excuses and lies. We have spoken to other people who entered contact with them are also facing same issues. They don’t get back with the response as well. They putting good review about them which is not real it’s their own people working with them save yourself, if you don’t want be in position like me, I have faced financial loss and mental depression while dealing with this company. Steve and Sachin both are liars, I know so many clients facing same issue like above. Please don’t do any business with them. They don’t understand our pain just hoping karma will serve them soon on Sachin, Steve, Erray, Mridula and Daniela.

BE AWARE…. Entering into a contract with this building company.my close friend has been in contract with them for almost 2 years with absolutely minimal progression… their responsiveness and communication is non. Existent with plenty of avoidance.constantly blaming supply issues amongst other poor excuses with building delays. They Visit their office to enquire what’s going on only to be told every single time the manager is on leave, not in office or won’t be in this week… disgraceful professionalism for a company that continues to ask for money

I built a custom home in Ascot Vale with Keycon. Building a home is a very stressful process but Keycon made it easy by being very responsive, accommodating and helpful. I would recommend building with this company. I love my home and it would not have been the same if I built with someone else.

Firstly I don’t recommend anyone, I made the big mistake of entering contract them worst of worst am still waiting my home to be build I don’t think so they will get it done, firstly lied that waiting on machine for steel house this and that lies and now I see all wood, but it’s ok I just want my build what I paid for
month on month comes keep promising new dates but never do anything all sort of excuses and lies that we got trademan sick…. First stage done in June 22’ from then nothing done was provided another date on For frame 28/11 let’s see, very poor planning already have two site manager, changed, third one on so many times i have to phone call hardly answer my call to speak or get any update they don’t inform anything any update
And if they can’t complete the build don’t fake promise this date and that date and this company have no integrity,

I am building at wollahra rise, Wymdham vale, with Keycon. My house is currently at lock up stage and is progressing well.

This is my second time constructing a house, and i can say from experience that Keycon and team are doing a very good job considering what the industry is going through.

I have built my very first home with them and do not have a pleasent experience. They took 6 months to get the approval from the building itself plus nearly 11 months to complete the construction of a small 3bed house. I have been also spoken to in a pretty bad way by one of the top guys in Nanche Group in an occasion when questioned about the timelines of the deliverables. First of all they need to understand and educate themselves on how to fulfil basic customer expectations and also to have proper planing and project management in place. Also they made the wrong measures on the cooktop and the rangehood and ended up with two different sized appliances and this was only notified to me on the very day of handover. Lack of communication is at the top of the list. Furthermore there is only one variation requested and was also not done and missed out. I suggest them to improve their qualities, planning and communication to avoid disappointments to clients in future.

Don’t enter into any sort of contract with Nanche and keycon they won’t get it done, we are still waiting for the first stage of house to be completed after 1 year. Poor planning and they don’t know how to run a business. They are just after your money. They also get fake reviews from their staff and family members. I had made over thousands of phone calls to this company and requested it week after week but nothing was done. They have all sort excuses that labour shortage, no raw material available, blah blah. There so many customers who have enter the contract are facing same issue. If you want to save yourself from mental harassment dont sign any contracts with them.

I am very happy with Keycon’s house which they have handed over to me, I have recommended Keycon to many friends after building with them as they had such an easy process.

They did take a little longer than usual to build the home but I do understand the issues within the construction industry at the moment, majority of the issues were out of their control & they kept me well informed if there was any delays which was all I can really ask for

Overall I am happy with my first house and would build again with them again:)
