We had an appointment with one of their representives. We made so much effort by preparing our home and clearing our schedule for this day and they didn't turn up. Not even one phone call or email to let us know that they were not coming. We have called their office and the persons phone with no response. If this company can't even keep appointments, what sort of support would does a foster carer receive? This has left a really bad impression for us and left us not wanting to be foster carers.
