Reply to owners reply below - Chainsaw was under warranty so it was not some "favor" by owners to fix it. I was not 'taking the machine apart' I simply trying to understand what was done by removing the chain cover as no explanation was given despite me asking.lady's attitude was unfriendly start to finish and looking at the other reviews below I'm not the only one who thinks so.
