We have been with Kew Kids ELC for the past 4 years and the experience has been great, up until the business was bought by Story House. It has been quite a nightmare since this happened where I can say 95% of the amazing staff resigned. There is not enough support and zero explanation from the management about the huge staff issues (they are giving us cookie cutter answers which doesn’t make sense), obvious huge decline on the quality of care provided, and my kids started to resent going there. We have pulled them out of Kew Kids which I am very happy with but I do feel sorry for the existing families that are trying to move out of Kew Kids but could not find other available care around. I will not recommend this place to anyone, a huge disappointment and waste of money.

My Children have been going to Kew Kids for many years. I guess we are part the of the Kew Kids family.
I must say centre has a really nice feel and the educators are wonderful. Yes there has been lots of staff changes and staff leaving. That's all when the new company Story House took over. I believe the new service manager Jenny and her team are wonderful.
I would say come have a look for yourself it's beautiful and it's rare you find somewhere they really do love what they do and most of all love kids. My children are very happy at the centre.

As a parent that currently attends Kew Kids. I must say with the new service manager -Jenny has been amazing. So friendly and welcoming. I love the coffee station just designed for us parents.and the little library for the children and our families. My children have a such a wonderful time at Kew Kids.
We really wouldn't look anywhere else. I guess you will have to be your judge once you come and see the wonderful centre.

We used to love sending our kids here, but unfortuantely when the origional owners sold to "Story House Early Learning" in 2018 everything we loved about Kew Kids stopped. Well over 90% of staff left meaning that there was no continuity for our kids and no staff knew them. Literally every week staff leave - we can't keep up. If the staff don't like working at Kew Kids why would the kids like going? They have also made a LOT of billing mistakes and chase and chase for money that is not owed to them. We have moved child care centres now and would never go back to Kew Kids. Sorry Story House, but you are clearly only interested in making $$$ and have no interest in the wonderful children that we entrust to you. We do not recommend Kew Kids at all.

Best child care centre we've ever attended. A little more expensive than other centres but definitely worth the price. Beautiful centre, amazing staff, quality activities, full service with a chef. Both my girls went there for many years - always felt like part of the kew kids family, they took good care of us. The girls are in school now but miss Kew Kids and remember it fondly. Highly recommend!

Fantastic venue and really well equipped with toys and the such. Also the most expensive day care we could find in the local area. The carers are usually fantastic, though we had some issues with sun screen and once a nappy was not changed for the whole day. Despite these issues our son loved his time there.
