Bought my car from here a couple weeks ago, Wael was my main contact and he was very friendly and nice. Negotiations with him were very easy as well as handling my trade in.
If you’re after a new / used VW, Wael is definitely your guy.

After liking the car and putting down a deposit which we asked the finance lady is this refundable we got a clear
"yes". Upon review my partner changed her mind as she was worried the car would be too big and hard getting a baby in and out of, I the emailed the
dealership explaining and got a call from Wael the salesman there who clearly only cared about his commission, explained to me rudely that the deposit was only subject due to finance.
This wasn't what we were told at all! What a lie! We got a clear
"yes" from the finance lady Marina.
Obviously shes made a mistake and now they're trying to cover their tracks. After countless calls & emails we asked to speak to the GM. Wael called again refusing to put me onto them.
Very very shady dealership. Read other negative reviews too and try another dealership.

I can’t believe this dealership is still up and running after their aggressive behaviour towards their customers. I experienced the worst customer service over the weekend from all almost half of their team. They made me feel extremely uncomfortable by pushing me to put a deposit on a car. I advised them that I want to think about it for a few days and come back and then they stated ‘the car will be gone so don’t bother’. What a way to make the customer feel! Please, please DO NOT approach this dealership, I’ve never felt so attacked in my life. I think we can all agree that the cost of living is going up and that buying a car is something people need to consider carefully and not to feel attacked and pressured!

Excellent service with comfortable customer lounge. Enjoyed the overall experience. However pricing can be better.

Recently purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and was the worst experience you could find. Gave it 1 star because can't go less but they don't deserve even that. They made everything as difficult and slow as they could and finished the sale with supply of vehicles with zero fuel and no mats even though both were listed to supply on the invoice. After we complained we received no apology but then after our own follow up they reluctantly dropped in a $100 fuel voucher. It's a long time since $100 filled a fuel tank on a V6 Amarok! Don't use Kevin Dennis Volkswagen PS and the owner of the dealership knew of it all as well

The Volkswagen team was very friendly and updated us throughout the whole process of tracking our car on the ship, up until it arrived at the docks. Even though it was a longer wait due to quarantine at the docks in Melbourne, they provided us with a loan car for weeks up until we received our car. I would highly recommend purchasing your dream car from here if you want a hassle free service. I am a very satisfied customer!:)
