I found a car online which I was interested in, The guys at Kevin Dennis Škoda got in contact straight away, in times like these it’s not easy to go check out a car in person but Youi thought outside the box and sent me a detailed video showing all the features of the car. I didn’t even need to go visit I was confident in what I was looking it at. I would definitely recommend in getting in touch with these guys it was a great experience.

I have nothing but praise for Youi, Chiara and the team at KD Skoda. Youi and I have been corresponding for most of the recent lockdown about my family's next purchase. He was extremely patient when I kept changing my mind. Youi was waiting at the door for our appointment time with a big smile. He was extremely informative showing us the car we were interested in and all the features. Not once did I feel pressured in to buying something I didn't want, which is really freshing!

The thing that sealed the deal for me was the family friendly service. When I asked Youi if we could test drive the car with our baby and the car seat, his response was "Of course - that is not be an issue at all".
We had previously been to another Melbourne based Skoda dealership pre lockdown and the salesman told us to leave our son (who was 6 months at the time) with a sitter or do one test drive at a time. No. No. NO. When you don't have family close by (and there are also restrictions on people in your home), this isn't an option. And so that dealership lost a huge sale.
This family friendly service didn't stop at the test drive. When going through the documentation, Youi offered our son some toys and Chiara came by to play while "mummy and daddy did what the needed to do".
Sometimes it comes down to the smallest gesture like this. I cannot recommend Kevin Dennis Skoda enough.
