We contacted Kestrel to replace our old screen door and they were responsive and easy to deal with.
When the finished product arrived and it wasn't quite perfect, the installer took it away to rebuild and deliver the perfect door to fit our imperfect door frame.
We now have a beautiful, quality made, highly secure door which makes me smile every time I see it.

My Security Door was installed yesterday by your team member Ruz. He was very professional, courteous and helpful. I am very satisfied with my new door and also the service provided. Ruz was also kind enough to fix my front door lock which was faulty and I really appreciated his service.

Amazing company. I went ahead with Kestral for a new security door and it could not have been easier. Measuring was straightforward to organise, and I didn't have to wait too long for installation considering the current climate. There was a slight hiccup with booking the installation due to COVID but Kestral managed to shuffle some things around to make sure my job went ahead when they said it would, so I couldn't be happier with that. The representative was really personable, professional and clearly an expert at what he does. Really happy with the quality of the door and the whole process, happy to recommend them to anyone. 2. The person came to measure and quote and show us a sample of the colour and mesh that we had chosen. He arrived exactly when he said he would.

We built a new house and wanted to have high grade security doors at all entry points. We contacted couple of companies but got disappointed mainly because they were having huge waiting time even for taking order and providing estimates. Someone then suggested to contact Kestrel and we never got disappointed after that. The whole journey from calling to getting measurement to getting quotes and finally installing the doors was very smooth. Kestrel has very friendly staff and they delivered what they promised on time. Slightly expensive but then quality and commitment is never cheap. Very happy with their work, quality of materials and quality of people. Won't hesitate to recommend Kestrel to my friends.

One of those rare moments when the service has been so good that you actually feel the need to take a pause and call the company up directly to thank them. Very quick, very efficient. The gentleman that came in to install were incredibly polite (great conversationalist, an added bonus) and very considerate.

The product speaks for itself in the pictures. We bought our home with no screens on any windows. They came out, measured, ensured they'd have what they'd need for the install and then came back with beautiful screens made to order in a couple weeks time.

We opted for the "midge mesh" on our fly-door downstairs given we have a mosquito problem from the water tank adjacent to the door. We feared that the mesh would be too dark but as you can see, it provides good see-through and you can barely even see its there.

Doors we had installed are very nice and good quality.installers are friendly and efficient. Had to get them back a second time for adjustments but Kestral was accomodating and didn't ask for final payment until we were happy with the end result.
