Nicest Staff ever! Jess was lovely, she was amazing, so helpful. One of the nicest retail workers I have ever come across. If ever in Kenzo, ask for Jess! Couldn’t rave enough about her customer service.

Noticable refresh to staff has been a positive change in store. The new representatives are fantastic and make for an overall good shopping experience.

Nice experience, great service by Jess helped me purchase a hoodie great knowledge in sizing.

Amazing service by ZOE from Kenzo! Will be honest it’s been a very very long time since I have had excellent professional, caring service from a retail consultant. Very much appreciated. I had an issue with a faulty T shirt and Zoe helped make the transaction as quick and smooth as possible. Kenzo your very fortunate to have some one like Zoe, she’s an asset! A credit to you Zoe!

I was extremely happy with the service I received with a lovely sales assistant before Christmas. I had to exchange a top yesterday morning and the service I received by Zoe and Marie was impeccable. They were extremely helpful and obliging! I wish some other stores were as pleasant and helpful as these two young sales assistants!

Terrible customer service, manager is a lier in chadstone. We drove 2 hours to get here and she said we don't accept return. What a shame. Guy be aware their brands is not original. They sell fake kenzo. Be aware

Worst service.the left the security tag on my jumper when I called you complained no one really cared. I live over a hour away from this store.its a massive inconvenience

Glad they finally had change of management! They were suppose to call me back regarding my exchange weeks ago. Spoke to the new manager Robbie and he took care of the situation on the spot. Can't fault their new team. VERY happy.

Had to give 1 star because I couldn't give lower. Customer service was appalling. Did not refund me the day after I purchased an item when they were the ones who sold me the wrong size in the first place. Told me they'd call me as soon as new stock arrived and DIDN'T. For a designer store, I expect so much better.

Ignore my cringey name buttt today my aunty and I went into the store not really knowing what to get for a gift and the lady named zoe greeted us
first and helped us with checking in and gift ideas aswell as being sosooso nice to talk to just so respectful! Aswell as Robby who really helped us understand the clothings meanings and backgrounds too aswell as madisson (idk if thats her bname plz forgive me hehe) would recommend going to this store if you want the best customer service and tops everrrrrrr! Will be coming back soon for more gifts hehe
