Highly unprofessional people, they threaten people and ask them to pay hefty amount in matter of 7 days. They act on behalf of their clients without asking their clients if they have proofs of what they are claiming.
Total scammers.

Last year I accidentally hit someone’s car and resolved it through RACV (thank god I chose RACV). It has been one year but I kept receiving letters from this company threatening me to compensate the owner for another $10000 otherwise they are going to take this to court.

Psssss.what could I say? I’m not gonna buy it. Contact the insurance company if you have any questions.

Terrible experience with these people, went through 3 different 'lawyers' during my matter each one that came on board had no idea about the matter.

Absolutely greedy, when I contacted Kenyon he knew he had to go away in the middle of my case did not warn me just wanted my money. These people had been rude and greedy their work wouldn't even back them up.

I would receive emails a week or two after I've responded to their emails straight away.

Was told by several of lawyer that my matter should never have gone to court and should have easily been settled outside of court.

Greedy lawyers, my friend accidentally hit someone's car and no one got injured. The owner was happy about the insurance company's compensation but somehow my friend kept getting letters from this Kenyon company and they asked for high amount of compensation for the car owner. She is now having a panic attack and need to see doctors and could not even continue her work. If anything she and her partner gonna sue them back. I felt so upset after hearing her story, thanks for ruining her life!
