I wouldn't go here again unfortunately.

I went in for a simple wash and loose curl style.

Firstly I was told to sit at the basin and then was left sitting there as the lady then proceeded to serve other customers that came in without an appointment.

They had only one type of shampoo and conditioner that was "good for all types of hair and scalps" (which has now destroyed my scalp).

I asked if she was going to put in some leave in conditioner or serum after the wash which she said she would later (the amount then used after she finished styling wasnt enough for even an infant's head of hair).

She sectioned my hair and said she was using a heat protector spray, but she only used a tiny bit on the bottom most later (I have thick hair) and then no more for any other layers of my hair.
I then found out that the "heat protector" she used on that small section of hair was just hairspray and she used it when the style was done (again using such a tiny amount).

She was winding the curls the wrong way as they came off the wand and pretended nothing was wrong and I felt bad that I had to ask her to repeat one section as the curls looked like a kinky phone cord.

The entire style fell out before I even got home and I had to redo the whole thing myself.

So yeah, a few different reasons I would avoid this salon for hair services.

Such lovely ladies. I have been going to my now retired hairdresser for the last 10 yrs, I was very apprehensive about going anywhere new. I think I found what I was looking for. Great value and you can get your nails done as well.

I was here last month to get my hair cut shorter and the ladies were so lovely and accommodating to what I was looking to do. I had such a lovely time chatting with them and the lady that cut my hair did such a lovely job. I'll definitely be visiting again

Got the Groupon SNS nail treatment & it only lasted a week before nails started chipping and nails breaking. I’ve been getting SNS nails for years and they always last up to 4 weeks with no breakage or chips, so this was disappointing. Quality of product and service low.

EDIT: the business contacted me after my review and said they would like to “fix my nails”. They still asked me to pay $25, I reluctantly agreed & sent a pic of the ombré nails I would like done by text ahead of my appointment, owner agreed to do it. Upon arrival to the shop she asked me to pay extra $10 on the agreed upon price, with no previous warning, I told her that was not the price we agreed upon, & she raised her voice in the shop & refused the original price. TERRIBLE SERVICE! And poor quality products as SNS cracked & chipped again.

Also as you can see in the pics attached, what I asked for and the result I got where very different. There were so many people waiting in shop, frustrated with the lack of staff and as a result my nails were rushed and it shows. It’s a rip off & scam. Very unhappy customer and safe to say I will never go back. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Hannah did a an amazing job with my pedicure and successfully removed a corn under my foot. I felt so relieved afterwards. The manicure lasted a few weeks and I will be going back. They do a great job, very professional and offer value for money. Another lady came in to get her SNS nails fixed here as she had a bad experience 3 days prior at another salon - the SNS was flaking away. So definitely highly recommend so thought I'd share with others.

Love Kim’s for my regular shellac pedicure. They do a great job and my pedicure lasts longer than anywhere else. They also do things as suits my feet and listen to my requests. I have really thin and easy to break nails. Everyone in the salon always seems to be in a good mood. And the massage chairs are fantastic and you can set them to suit you!
