Kenny's Bakery Cafe

I bought a almond milk cap, can of Coke No Sugar and a crackling pork Vietnamese Roll and sat out side. Service was super fast and honestly the coffee and roll was delicious. I paid $16.40. Only fall back would have been some people not checking in and the out door tables look like they hadn’t been wiped down for a while. Otherwise 10/10. Thank you

The banh mi here are so so delicious! This is my favourite Kenny’s branch (flinders lane) even though they’re all pretty good, this one is consistently good. The staff are so nice and they are super fast! Can’t fault anything 5 stars

Poor service.turkey mixed with ham, no chicken no white bread. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere Pathetic!

They can be quite rude at times in how they deal with your order. More often than not, I'm nervous to have any changes made to my order because of how reactive they can be. Other than that, good value for the cost. Would be ideal for a cheap lunch during workday x

Hard to go wrong at a Kenny branch. A great addition to Melbourne. Head to Flinders Lane and enjoy the coffee and tasty snacks

Very rude lady which wanted to make the sandwich without even listening to what I wanted inside the roll. When she made it I told her that she didn't put the filling inside which I requested then she gave attitude when I asked her to remake it. Will not go back.

Quick and easy place to get a Vietnamese sandwich roll. Place is small but they churn through the queues very efficiently.

Kenny's make great rolls and do a pretty good lunch feed. Their service is quick and what you would expect from a fast paced Asian bakery/cafe. Their BBQ chicken is brilliant and if you're after a big feed, go for the Chicken Schnitzel roll with extra meat (I add Sriracha chili sauce for an extra kick)
