Kennedy’s Timbers

Would actually rate NO stars but had to put something by default just so i can leave a review.

Wouldn't recommend this company. Unfriendly, unprofessional and rude to name the least. We asked if they had certain stock, they said yes and to come in whenever to collect it. We insisted to pay for it straight up over the phone and put it aside and he assured us to just come in whenever we were ready.
A week later we were ready to collect so i called them up to let them know we were on the way but no answers. We pop in anyway during business hours only to find they were shut. I double checked there business hours on google and they said they were open. Finally someone answered and it was the branch in Queensland. She's like oh the epping branch manager is here in Queensland ill put you on the phone to him.
I was very disappointed to see no sign on their gate or updated trading hours to make it easy for customers to organise themselves.

Fast forward Monday morning i go there first thing to get what we called for. I get there and have to wait 15 mins while the worker measures all the timber in stock. He said he doesn't have that in stock and he cant do anything about it and if we wanted that stock it will take 2 months to bring from Queensland. I explained to him that we tried to order it a week ago over the phone and put it aside but they insisted its not needed and to come whenever. He simply had no care, he could see we were unhappy and not one apology.

Because of their incompetence and lack of customer service, we've now built something around that size timber we needed and unfortuanlty now have to un-fabricate the whole job and start all over again.
