Kennards Self Storage North Melbourne

We came in at near closing time and had to switch storage unit since we weren’t able to fit everything. Seem like a troubling process but Susan was a great help and was eager to help us which made every progress smoothly. Thanks Susan!

Don is amazing he is friendly and kind and makes everything easier
Also, it is near to unimelb also they offer trolly you don’t worry about ur moving stuff

Don, the manager can speak some Chinese and he is really kind and helpful when I was the first time here.

Have used the locker here for a while and recently switched to the larger closet. The sign up process as new customer or switching between storage size has been very smooth and promptly done. Manager is very helpful and friendly and gave detailed instructions on access.

Also delivered my parcels here a couple of times and received promptly sms notification when my package arrived.

Don and Suzanne are a fantastic. Several times I have visited this Kennards and I have always received first rate service

I was serviced by Don and he is an absolute legend! Super friendly and helpful. Will certainly recommend anyone to deal with Don if they need any help with storage.

I have had some parcels sent there. I picked them up no hassle. Parcels are locked away in a safe cupboard.

Have been using the North Melbourne facility since 2017 for our multiple businesses.
Amazing place for secure storage, great location, waking distance from the free tram zone.
The staff is great, Suzanne has been our company’s best point of contact so many areas. Please relay our regards and thanks to Suzanne, for her proactive communication and help. Sh is the best.
It is this time, when we are vacating but surely will come back to Kennards down the track.

The manager, Don is really helpful and friendly. He is very patient in explaining how to use the storage works. Will definitely visit Kennards Storage again in the future if I needed a storage space!
