Kennards Self Storage Flemington

Used Kennards Flemington for about 18 months. Easy to access and safe. Very important when you’re a lone female coming and going at odd hours. Super responsive and helpful staff as well.

Sean the assistant manager was super helpful and quick. I needed some moving boxes quickly and he was able to sort me out with exactly what I needed straight away. Very helpful, also very friendly. Much appreciated Sean!

Super helpful and relaxed staff! Even held open the door for us and asked what we needed as soon as we walked in the door. The place is also very clean, it’s easy to find the reception and everything is well marked (I was looking for boxes) hugely recommend this place for all storage needs:) thanks team!

Worst customer service by a man named Andrew, could not be more disgusted by his mere presence and the way that he spoke to me. I haven't been made to feel that uncomfortable by someone in a very long time. When he told me about prices and I said I wasnt interested and I would look elsewhere I was instantly told "we don't want you sort of people storing with us anyway" it was at that point that I'd had enough and I left. If I could rate 0 stars or less, I would. I actually do have one good thing to say, I haven't come across a cleaner storage facility. That itself would be worth 5 stars but that's the only good thing I can honestly say.

I rented a space in Flemington for a year while moving house. The customer service was great; during business hours the staff were helpful & friendly and any queries after hours were efficiently responded to. It was a safe & clean place to store excess household belongings & furniture.

Been here a few times and always get outstanding service. Great recommendations for boxes etc and buy back policies that give you piece of mind.
