Kennards Hire Preston

Kennards staff are lovely and facilities are super handy. Huge lockers, accessible (having floor ones also for those who cannot access high places), tea and coffee area, many trolleys always available, secure location with own key code and padlocks.

Twice now I have hired from Kennards Preston, for some help around the garden items, and on both occasions, the staff were so helpful, explained everything, answered questions.highly recommended!

Second time hiring through Kennards, this time I went through the Preston branch as Thomastown didn't have the trailer I needed available (my fault as I left it to the last minute on a long weekend)
Preston had what I needed and I was in and out quickly on the sunday, then the same on Monday when dropping it off. Can't fault the service, thanks guys!

They had the product I needed at the last minute at a great price. The transaction process was quick and friendly, then the staff member helped load the item in my van. Couldn’t be happier with the whole process.

I hired a carpet shampoo machine (Rug Doctor), the customer service was excellent, unfortunately the machine did not perform as it should have. I am unsure if there was a fault with it or it just doesn't do what I was expecting.

The staff are very helpful and friendly! Claude was one of the boys who served me, he's a gentleman.

I hired a trailer and repeatedly had to ask to provide a spare tyre. Apparently it is not company policy to provide a spare which is ridiculous.

The customer service and easy website use were fantastic and a welcome relief.

The Rug Doctor was easy to use and the extended timeline needed was very generous. Do not go anywhere but Kennards.

I've rented a 2-man post hole digger at the last moment for 4 hours.
I received a great assistance. Guys at the shop were really friendly, nice and helpful and made the transaction as smooth as possible.
I've had to do with other Kennards Hire location and I've always received a the same great assistance.

I'll definitively use them again next time and they are absolutely recommended.

I rented a chainsaw from this place. They were not particularly helpful and would not accept any form of ID except a driver's licence. I was also unimpressed that they charge extra for safety equipment. The chainsaw itself was fine, but I won't be going back.

Simply evokes melancholy yearning for the post capitalist sharing economy where private property is largely redundant.

Good range and prices, convenient location, staff are knowledgeable and good range of well kept gear. I usually hire small bobcats and excavators

Had an issue with my bike holder on my car coming, stopped in at Kennards Preston just cause i was there and even tho i wasnt hiring anything a bloke called Terry did everything he could to sort me out and got me on my way. Terry was a top bloke, if everyone there are as helpfull as Terry then id recommend going there.

I had some enquires in what kind of generator I needed to run a music event this weekend. I spoke to a gentleman named terry, he helped me and answered all my noob questions. Great service was provided.

Help! I can't find my socks! Why? Kennards Preston keeps knocking them off! Every question answered, in a friendly, straightforward way. Making my novice self feel like I could take on any project. Helping my find old invoices. Swapping out equipment. These guys did it all.

I hired a compactor from Kennards Preston, and received excellent customer service. Everyone from the call centre to the staff that work at the store were very friendly and accommodating.
