Great customer service and flexible hours. Hired a small bobcat in a rural area and had no dramas to even have it delivered. Steve even helped with the "how to" usage with the machinery.

Booked a dual axle trailer to move a ride-on mower. Arrived to pick-up, and was advised they would not let me take the trailer, as I was towing with a holden ute, not a truck with 3 tonne carrying capacity.
Just because the trailer is rated for such a large GVM fully loaded, the fact that I would have been using it to carry under 300kg, would not have made any part of the vehicle or trailer "unroadworthy", as suggested by the rude man behind the counter - with the pommy accent - (who in fact wasn't even the one serving us, but couldn't help but insert himself into the conversation, as he was seemingly on some sort of retail power-trip).
Roadworthiness is judged on the GVM at the time, not the fully loaded capacity, and for Kennards staff to not know this, is a bit beyond my belief.
They need to specify on their booking site the types of vehicles they will allow to tow their trailers, instead of wasting people's valuable time, as I could have bought a bigger vehicle to tow with.
Trailer was also not even available at the time it was booked for, and they made me wait until it arrived, before then refusing to hire it to me.
Got a suitable trailer up the road at United Norlane, for a quarter of the price, no wait, so thanks for saving me $150 I suppose.
100% do not recommend this business.
