Kennards Hire Moorabbin

Great staff, great service and competitive cost. I hired a rug cleaner from them and they made sure that we got the best guidance for operating the machine and were just a call away when we had queries using the machine at home. They reserved the machine for us on the call, pickup and drop off was easy.

Great service and very knowledgeable with machinery I hired. But being a first time user of this machinery I did not know what size I required for my job, so I assumed the machine (bobcat in this case) all came in the one size. Wrong, I should have asked and not assumed, unfortunately the staff at Kennards assumed I required the cat I got was for a residential property (rightfully so) as the suburb I am in is mainly residential, but my property is virtually a hobby farm size and I could have used a larger bobcat & completed my task in a much more timely fashion.
But overall, extremely satisfied with the service and advise provided by the staff at Kennards.

The staff who work here are always so kind! As soon as I pull up, they always offer assistance to get the equipment out of the car. Equipment has worked well everytime also. Thank you

Staff at Moorabbin Kennards were amazing, extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend them for any hire equipment.

The equipment is always spot on along with advice prior to hire.
Sometimes the items can be a little pricey but you get what you pay for so worth it in the end!

First time going to this Kennards to hire a lawnmower for Four hours and the process was seamless, in and out within 10 minutes this morning which is what I needed.

Customer service was absolutely impeccable, big shout out to Dean who served me in a good manner and with a smile on his face, the manager of this establishment should be happy they have such people working here.

This is my local Kennard and I'm an happy with the convenience and service. I would prefer that it was open until 6pm as a 5pm visit makes it difficult to return sort term hire goods on the day of hire.

I have been hiring off the Kennards Moorabbin team for years. They are consistently helpful and ALWAYS friendly. They should be very proud of their customer service:)

I hired a Karcher carpet cleaning machine which was excellent. It was so powerful that the carpets were almost dry after use and I was able to clean my couches also, due to an upholstery cleaning attachment.

Full disclosure - there was a gasket leak in my machine and the staff were very responsive, having a replacement delivered to me and extending my hire.

I was treated as valued client which I always appreciate.

Had a good experience with Aaron. Rented a trolley that the website indicated was available, Aaron contacted me ASAP to inform me it wasn't available but he had other options. Ended up renting a much more expensive trolley that Aaron organised at the price of the original. Returned the next day, well after the due expiry for the rental for no extra cost. Pretty happy with the experience overall.

The staff were great and very experienced the click and collect process was very quick and I was on my way thanks again to the staff at Kennards Moorabbin

You can't really judge a company or the people who work there based on the facts when everything goes well. You only really find out whats what, when things don't go smoothly. Dean, Justin and others truly went the extra mile for little old me, they made sure not only that I had the right kit, but when there was a problem, they came over and fixed it for me. Great customer service. These guys and gals are always busy but they will go the extra mile for you.

I've hired from this location on two occasions and both times the staff have been great. Their pricing is also more than reasonable and you never feel like it's a bad deal.

Worse customer service ever. Hired a demo saw, they gave it to me without checking it. I took it to the site
and its not starting. Now im waitting for about an hour in the job site so they drop off another one. The place is only 7 minutes away, if they were not telling me that they will send someone right away, i would have go there and picked it up myself.

Heaps of tools to hire very happy with their service and advice, there is additional delivery fee which is a little be high.

I'm just a DIY'er but they were great in talking me through how to use the equipment. I made an online booking at 7am from my phone really easy, picked up my kit at 9am) Good price too, plus half day hire rates.
