Amazing service! Needed a very narrow trencher to fit down the side of our the house. After a long search I rang Kennards. Matt at Port Melbourne was amazing, he checked several other Kennards outlets to identify a suitable width unit, even having them run a tape over it to ensure it would fit. I had to delay the hire a couple of times due to plumber availability, this was handled without a hitch. The job is now done and the price was excellent. Hired a number of other items due to the great service & pricing. Thanks Matt and Kennards Port Melbourne.

Hired a platform ladder but didn't know the height I needed. After discussing the situation with an employee he recommended a size slightly shorter than I would have picked and it was perfect. The hight I picked would have had my head in the ceiling his height had me working comftably

Told to ‘Stand behind the line! ’ today whist picking up my equipment. Which I did of course obeying the rule only to then be asked to produce 2 forms of identification which then required me to move beyond the ‘line’ and have the gentleman manhandle my card.
