Had Blair help me with a few things for our gym that was flooding.
She was amazing! Talked me through how to use everything and answered all my very silly questions. She went above and beyond as at the time, didn’t have all the things I need to help me. Called me back as soon as it was available. Was super genuine and down to earth, always had a smile on her face. Worth her weight in gold. Highly recommend going to Belmont kennards. Rented a stair lift trolley from port Melbourne to lift hws in Woolworths Geelong. Trolley broke at start of day. Kennards drove us a brand new one from port Melbourne to site. We were able to go to kennards Geelong and get a 3 wheel trolley for use in the meantime. Not only was the stair lift trolley a life saver but the customer service was brilliant. Couldn’t fault them on this outing. Thanks again kennards!

I called up and booked in the hire of a floor chaser 3 days ahead. Arrived at the shop and was told they had hired it out to someone else and gave no apology. Went to Kerr's Hire and luckily they had one on the shelf ready to go so I didn't have to cancel the job for that afternoon. Terrible service.

Old man with grey hair couldn’t be more rude and not helpful at all. If Bunnings has the equipment just rent it there.

Awesome service with the guys very knowledgeable on what product I needed. Great explanation on use of equipment. An absolute bonus I hired for a full day but had the job done quicker and they gave me a refund and only charged for half a day. Will definitely use these guys again

Lazy old prick with grey hair could not be more disinterested opened late and had bad attitude. Hope he gets piles from sitting on stool to long. Customer service not good.

Over the Easter long weekend my washing machine flood part my house and i was in need to carpet drying assistance. Not only were the staff knowledge about the best products for the job but they offered me a good package deal.

Dad borrowed the sander and they delivered unbelievable service and support from the team! Needs 6 stars!

The boys here are great, they will bend over backward to try and help you out, highly recommended!
