I was on rush for hiring a paver cutter saw on a Saturday early morning, Jared helped me so promptly and loaded the bricksaw and provided two ratchet straps and helped me packed. So happy with the equipment that came with a new 16’’ blade, it worked perfect.

Oh my gosh! The Dandenong branch has been an absolute life saver! Picture this: a mother and daughter hired out an unreliable tradie who didn’t finish the work on their squeaky sub floors. After this fella refused to return to fix things, we went to hire an angle bradder from Bunnings. It … stopped working. With heart in my mouth, I went to Kennards and asked to hire their angle bradder. They not only ensured that the nails we bought and gas canisters fit, they also checked the operation of the item when I asked for it – without batting an eyelash. When the gas canister (brand irrelevant) one failed they ensured we had a backup option and restarted the 24 hour loan period. I cannot praise this company enough. They were clear in their instructions, friendly and curious about our project. It’s funny – I think I’d almost forgotten what customer service looks like.

I needed to hire a hire pressure cleaner so I was approached by Dean such a bad attitude, I had no time for him took the machine to clean my factory than it started leaking oil all over the floor.
Took it back Mr bad attitude basically didn't care

I hired a mini loader and it had a bald tire. This meant it kept pulling one way (skid steer) made the job much harder.

On the plus side, they helped me out by giving me a fuse that I blew on my work truck for the brake lights

Kenards customer service is usually good but the customer service level Ryan Achieves is fantastic such a friendly helpful bloke. Great range of equipment available.

Brad and the guys at Kennards Dandenong are great to deal with. They are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to make your project a success. A first-time user of the Toro Mini-digger, Brad even came out on site to give us a hand with learning how to drive it! Now that is dedication. If I ever need to hire gear, the guys at Kennards Dandenong are my go to.

So I run a carpet cleaning company and when I need additional equipment that’s guys are impressive work their willingness to help find what you need and even help you load and unload it. Fair rates and great attitudes, which is difficult to find. Highly recommend this Kennards.

Rented a floor sander for my deck. Did an absolutely smashing job with the 24 grit paper. Staff was nice. They helped me even load the sander in my car for first time

Even though I was given the wrong tool for the job, which I didn't use and still had to pay for, the service was pretty good.

The guys at Kennards in Dandenong are the best going around, Exceptional Customer Service, very friendly, great on price & very knowledgeable - if they don't know the answer they will found out on the spot for you. I was well looked after they had everything i needed all in one store. I wouldn't go anywhere esle!
