Needed some equipment and it wasn’t available at this yard. The young fella went out of his way to locate and arrange delivery from another yard. Very commendable company.

Don't bother booking equipment for pick up as it will already be hired out when you arrive. But that's ok, they'll tell you to go and pick the equipment up from another branch that's 15km away.

I've rented a 2-man post hole digger at the last minute for 4 hours.
I received a great assistance. Guys at the shop were really friendly, nice and helpful and made the transaction as smooth as possible.
Rang back two days after to hire the equipment again but they didn't have the auger I was looking for. They kept my reservation while I checked at other Kennards if they had what I was looking for.
I'll definitively use them again next time.
