The staff are extremely knowledgeable wheb it comes to the product they are selling, meat, rubs, low n slow cook, BBQ.
The food is bloody fantastic.

Only new to the slow cook smoking game, but have bought all my meat from here and its never been bad, makes the best sausages and kabana and all his meat is fantastic

Quality meat at great prices. Staff are friendly and helpful. Cannot rate this butcher high enough! Old fashioned service and quality!

Good quality meats. The Kabana range is fantastic, best we have tasted. Prices a bit on the high end but worth it for the quality.

I travel 20ks each way to get to Kelly's Meats. Wouldn't have it any other way. Best meat anywhere around here.

Best Butchers in Victoria if you ask me. I've done a few Tara Valley Beef Shorties and St Louis racks of pork ribs now and the quality of the meat is leagues in front of what you get off the shelf anywhere else in the area. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Left my meat in the sun with no ice on a 34° day when nobody answered the text message at 8: 30am. Was actually asleep from night shift but anybody could of easily been at work already at this time.
They didn't try ringing the doorbell or consider placing in ice or just delivering at a later date all of which would of been fine. Just place at my door in the sun with no evidence there was anybody there to pick it up.

There was also no follow up email or anything to say when the meat would be arriving. The only information came as it arrived on 8: 30am Friday.

When I rang to tell them the situation spoke to an employee who was extremely nice and understanding and said my manager always handles these types of incidents (so not the first complaint of this type)

Apon speaking to the manager they were extremely rude and combative from the start. Essentially said it was my fault they shouldn't ring the doorbell and it was obvious it was going to be delivered Friday as all meats were delivered Friday morning except Mornington which is Monday and that information was there on the seperate delivery page of the website. Apon checking the delivery page of the website it painted an entirely different story. With majority of places delivering Monday to Thursday. Mornington was actually on a Tuesday night and no mention of my area at all.

Essentially he was just lying about everything to save a 100 dollar refund. Pretty dissapointing customer service from the manager.

Amazing place if you want top shelf quality. Very glad I ventured down there, I can't wait for an excuse to go back!

Absolutely best customer service I have ever experienced. Steaks are out of this world. Can not fault this place nor the awesome people that work there what's so ever. I feel like a kid at a candy shop everytime I'm there.
Just allow some time as you'd be spoilt for choice!

After being unsatisfied with the meat delivered from local (big) supermarkets with short used by's dates and mid-level quality, I've finally found Kelly's Meats!

Great quality meat and produce, great service (they called me to ask if I wanted my beef portioned), prompt delivery, and long shelf life - meaning it's fresh.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Best butcher in Melbourne we drive 30 minutes past numerous other butchers to get there. Purchased a smoker at meat stock from Luke and now hooked on Low n slow, these guys have the best range and quality of low n slow meats.
