I have been a customer at Kelly’s for a couple of decades, and two things put this pub a step above the others - the staff always give great service, and their food is consistently well prepared and presented.

The food is delicious! Love the variety of meals to choose from. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Kelly's, you have exceeded my expectations. The food was amazing & the Bayleys Brownie dessert was to die for. All 9 people at our table enjoyed every bite of their food. The 3 cheese garlic bread was so fluffy & delicious too. You now have new regular customers.

Food was okay but the service was terrible. Our entree was served 10 minutes after our main and the waiting time was far too long considering it was not busy.

My mother ordered from the child's menu as she's still recovering from surgery. Despite originally assuring us this is okay the manager came over and dismissed it immediately. Upon showing the staff my mother's medical card it was promptly ignored and management refused to budge. We were out celebrating my mother's recovery and the rudeness and inflexibility of the staff brought her to tears.

It all could have been avoided with a little compassion, empathy and kindness. Instead we were met with hostility and rudeness.

We're currently eating at Amazing Grace just down the road who have always been accommodating and incredibly lovely. If you're planning on visiting Kelly's I recommend changing those plans and going to a restaurant that prizes service and considers their customers worth a damn.

We'll never be going back.

Must be about 15 years since I last ate here but still a great place to eat with great food and service. Staff are friendly.

Husband always comes here for the Parma. I tried the Persian salmon and quinoa salad with pomegranates, it was fantastic! I've been looking for a meal that's not flooded with chips and sugary dressings on salads. Very tasty! I think it's a new addition to the menu that should be made a permanent fixture!

Way overpriced for the quality of the food. The parma tasted like a frozen pizza. And the steak was heavily under cooked. The waiters where good and asked for feedback and provided decent service.

Thank You for amazing food with exceptional service! All staff were super friendly and helpful. Slight delay with entrees which the Duty Managers quickly rectified for us without a fuss. Everyone loved their meals and delicious cocktails.

Way overpriced $$$$$ for the main meals especially when they come out as sample sized meals.
Even the quantity of chips was next to nothing on our dish. When I asked a staff member if they can kindly add some chips to the dish they said “that’s all you get, you’ll have to pay for a side dish. ”
So I pay top dollar for a main so I can spend more to add to my mini main meal?

I ordered the Chicken Ceaser salad with anchovies, and I got a delicious, crafted meal, made with a sensible balance of shallow fried chicken on a bed of lettuce with loads of perfectly cooked bacon for $22
! Totally worth it!

Food is exellent and the young staff members are very nice.but don't count on winning at their pokie venue after lunch or dinner.from observation.the only one's that appear to be winning anything there are the regular locals.probably just a coincidence.but this is an honest answer until proven wrong.

The stunning Waitress " Geni " gave us an OUTSTANDING Service last Night for Emily's Mum's Birthday.

AMAZING quick, friendly service with a smile, beautiful facilities and their pescatore pasta was sensational! I'm already planning on coming back just to eat that, please don't let your chef ever leave! I will recommend this place to EVERYONE

Good food good service but BAD pricing for the area of Cranbourne pricing to my and too rich Cranbourne is not Portsea you can not match those two prices they would never compete against other two completely different suburbs and two completely different price codes

A nice place to eat. Delicious meals like the chicken parmigiana, although my one complaint about that dish is that the cheese is too rich. I'd recommend using a lighter layer of cheese.
The chips are probably the best in the area, I'd go there just for that.
The wait time between ordering and receiving your food was a bit long; nothing too bad if you've come with a group that you can just talk to, but many will get impatient.
Lovely atmosphere, very warm and welcoming. The scents of the various foods make everyone hungry instantly.

Very nice Sticky pork belly and the wifey said it was the best gluten free all American burger she has ever had.
