Keith's Pies

Just ordered 12 Sausage Rolls from here via UberEats. They came fresh, hot and delicious. Possibly the best mini-sausage rolls I’ve found in the area! Thank you:)

I had the steak/tomato/cheese/onion pie and it was AMAZING! They've got super delicious goodies here. Friendly staff.

I called the store today to let them know that my Uber Eats Order of $70 worth of Keith's Pies never arrived at their place of delivery. The phone at Keith's was answered by a man. He said hello and I explained my situation. He did not say 1 single word to me. I was left on the phone saying 'hello? ' 'hello? ' then all of a sudden a woman must have taken the phone to speak to me. Although I was aware that there was probably nothing she could help me with because it was a problem with Uber Eats and not Keith's. However I was hoping that seeing as Keith's do business with Uber Eats, that perhaps they could take some responsibility and offer some customer assistance or meet me half way or just show a bit of kindness after I'd spent money at their shop. Nothing. Do not use Uber Eats with Keiths as they will not support the transaction. The Uber Eats driver's name was KAI and he hung the bag of pies on some random fence and took a photo of it and sent it in and refused to answer his phone when I realised that he had not delivered the pies to the address that I had requested. I'm sure Keith's pies are great but I will never know.update: Ummm Mal you need to work on your phone manner because you answered the phone and did not say a word to me other than hello. Take some responsibility for the situation. You employ Uber Eats. That is your choice to use them as your delivery provider. I just want others to know that you (as you have clearly explained yourself) that you take no responsibility. They had the correct address. They just decided to steal them and you are not at all concerned. I want other customers to know the risk of choosing this option when ordering delivery from you that the care factor ends as soon as your products leave your store.

Wonderful pies that I ever tasted since I have been many countries
First, tons of filling and rich in juicy beef taste and delicious sauce
Secondly, the puff pastries were rich in butter taste, crispy and just right thick enough
Also, the staff was very friendly and efficient

Excuse me the picture did not looked nicer as the real pies as I cut into half and shared with my husband in order to taste more different fillings
Should come and taste if you travel here

Great coffee! Super friendly homely customer service! Felt like my aunt and uncle where having a chat with me, gave us free donuts with the coffee.

Best pie I've had in a long time. Perfect meat to pastry ratio, beautiful buttery pastry that doesn't collapse when you eat it, no weird bits in the filling. Just a great pie.

Great secret and grab a top pie. Really good pies and a must go. Really nice and made on premise.

Amazing quality pies and sausage rolls. The lovely owners even gave us free doughnuts and two coffee holders. I am so impressed by both the homely customer service and the flavours of the pies. Would highly recommend!

Went here a few weeks ago based on the great rating. We ordered a pie and spinach roll. As my partner bit into the roll, she found it had a long piece of plastic in it. We spoke with the cook as he came outside and he initially didn't believe us, until he took the roll and then brought out a new one. He didn't say anything or even apologise about the situation, we didn't take a photo but wish we had. Not a good time. Otherwise the pies are okay at best and seem to be overrated. Would not recommend.

Coming from a Kiwi who loves his pies. I can say the pies here are by far the best I've had in Melbourne.

The worst donught I have ever eaten they have put nail polish or some sort of chemical on it wouldn't recommend it too any one. Let alone let them sell food across the road from a school.

Came in to the shop and the lady who served me was nice initially and said hello. Since it was my first time here, I wasn't sure what to get. Also, there were no signs in front of the pies in the displays and the menu was on an adjacent wall instead, which is fine but makes it take a little longer to make a decision. After about a minute the lady starts asking me repeatedly what I'd like to order. Her tone was short and impatient - gave me the impression that I've upset her somehow. I was the only customer in the shop and was pretty startled by her rudeness so I went back out and had my partner come in to place an order instead. He was also treated the same way. Pies tasted good though. Will come back again when I have the mental capacity to be treated unkindly.

The best pies in Melbourne! Chunky beef, beef and potato are favourites. The apple slice and caramel slice very nice very rich.

Absolutely Phenomenal Pies! JAM PACKED with flavour freshly made everyday! Don't think I've ever had a pie this fresh before. And HEAPS of varieties. Definitely worth travelling down from Sydney for. I specifically came down for these pies. I saw they made it on a very famous American Series with the TryGuys and HAD to try them. Absolutely worth the travel. Love your Work Kefffyyy & Mishh?
