I bought my first Honda mower from Col in 1999 and it’s still going strong. Since that time Col & his team have serviced & sold me and my family garden equipment and always provided an A1 service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Very disappointed. Called about 3 weeks ago and told just to bring mower in after 14.11.22. Husband arrives on 15.11.22 and he is told they will not look at it till next year! Why would I be told 3 weeks if they that busy? Think he just didn't want the work and thats fine I will find someone else and pay them instead!

Didn’t have the part I needed, and was extremely rude to the customer before me. The guy only want his gennie checked, and the owner told him he was too busy and go away. Then the next guy had a problem starting his whipper snipper and the owner spent five minutes talking while I was waiting and then fixed the whipper snipper! I thought to my self if he was sooo busy why did he do a favour for one and not the other?

Had a problem with the power to the brush cutter. Went to another stihl dealer who couldn’t look at the machine for 6 weeks. Came to keilor and problem was fix within minutes. Was a simple fix and easy process. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will be my go to shop for all stihl products.

Not surprised this place has so many positive reviews. Brought in my Stihl whippersnapper thinking this was going to cost me a service almost the replacement value of the unit. Nope, worked on it for 10 minutes, simple clean out, didn’t even charge me for his time after offering to pay (hope that doesn’t get you in trouble, unless you were the owner).

This team is amazing! I had an issue with a whipper snipper. Was thinking of buying a new one. The staff helped me with an idea to change a simple part and it worked well. In the short term it cost them a sale. In the long term, I wouldn’t thing of taking my business anywhere else. They are simply fantastic!

Keilor mower service provded garden services with Maintenance on my Tanaka line feeder or wipper snipper. Excellent professional considerate advice and then servicing my equipment. It was a quick fix responce carried out by Col. Was expecting to leave my equipment in their care for up to 2 weeks such is his backlog of equipment to repair. But Col did the job there and then in 15mins. I was back at my gardening job in a Primary school operating the equipment

Friendly, no nonsense, old fashioned service, he knows his mowers, great for sourcing parts which might no longer be available.

Colin has been servicing my mowers since 1996 when we first moved into the area. He is honest, to the point and has always done a good job. I have never considered going anywhere else.

1st time went there to get my mower fixed. Lucky got very helpful staff Peter who gave excellent advice and fixed mower in no time.
Definitely will good there again.

Staff was really helpful with brush cutter I recently brought, as I have X3 already at home that I can't start. I should have brought a STIHL from the start, thanks to staff at Keilor.
