Dr Fernando is great. Been going here for years. Never had any problems. Everything’s pretty clean and the people are nice.

This is a fantastic Center with Great doctors I see Dr Dedu and Dr Arunan and I cannot recommend them both enough especially Dr Arunan he’s been an integral part of our family as our doctor he’s patient really cares about your needs and concerns he’s through in his examinations doesn’t rush you he makes you feel so welcome and comfortable and goes above and beyond to get to the issue at hand and Dr Dedu I’ve only just started seeing her I find her very pleasant caring understanding and just a great doctor so if I were to recommend anyone it would be these 2 you will not be disappointed.

Reception staff are friendly and always on hand to help they are a great addition to the centre and really help you feel welcome.

Suggest highly everyone not to book with Dr. Pushpika, as I had worst experience today, she was extremely rude, & this was not first time.

I arrived without an appointment and the Doctor slotted me in

Receptionist staff too busy discussing Taylor Swift tickets with the physiotherapist to communicate with patients that doctors were running behind, no notice when I arrived and no follow up while waiting. I have no issue with waiting and doctors at this clinic are notorious for delays but to not be told when arriving at the clinic or not have the staff even just acknowledge the delay is poor behaviour.

Reception staff should be keeping time and ensuring patients are informed of any changes to their appointments

My experience was really good. I got in on my appointment time and the nurse was professional and friendly.

Dr Indeewarie is incredibly kind, personable and understanding. She makes sure that you're heard and has your best interests and health at mind. I am thankful for her patience and care. I have also seen Dr Devapriya over the years and appreciate both of their warm approaches to their profession.:)

They have been looking after me for quite a few Years and send me for tests when something did not look right. As it turned out that was the right decision and I am still kicking.

New to the area. First time visit and a public holiday. Didn’t wait long. Dr was thorough and nurse was attentive to my injury. Well run practice

Booked in as was open on a public holiday. Receptionist asked me to do RAT test prior to attending clinic. No mention of bringing in RAT. Took a time stamped photo of myself with the negative RAT as proof. Upon arrival I mentioned negative test (and that I’d had COVID 3 weeks ago so it wasn’t COVID). No mention of wanting to see proof of RAT from reception.
I was asked to wait in isolation room for appointment with mask on. I complied. When Dr called to see me she didn’t want to approach me regardless of negative RAT and both of us wearing masks (she also had a face shield and gloves) and the fact that her job is to assess sick people. I showed her the time stamped photo from an hour prior (wearing same clothes ect) she said that RAT needed to be presented in person (no one had mentioned this previously). I demanded she look at my throat as I suspects tonsillitis or strep. She looked begrudgingly from a considerable distance. Refused to look in ears even with ear pain. Shouldn’t be a GP if you don’t want to physically assess sick patients.

Doctor was wonderful. Knew exactly what was wrong with my daughter. He made her feel really comfortable too being her first time at this clinic. Thank you doctor! Receptionist staff were also very friendly.

Should’ve not given even 1 star. Very bad service from both the doctor and reception. I had an appointment for my 8 year old with Dr Dedu. We waited more than 30 minutes past the appointment while all other patients came after us taken in. When I asked the reception why we are not being seen then only said doctor hasn’t opened my son’s file yet. This is very unprofessional and frustrating. The doctor was very rude to my son questioning him about reasons for tummy ache. If we know the reason for the pain I wouldn’t bring him to doctors. The doctor has attitude which is most common among overseas doctors and this behaviour is never acceptable. Will never visit again and never recommend to anyone. Very disappointed about the service.

Dr. Pushpika Namali Wijethilake Is that most rudest doctor ever. Don’t waste your time with her she complains she is busy

The Dr did not care about my condition at all and told me it wasn’t a big deal and that im not in pain. Please don’t visit Dr Rahul, he was extremely rude.
