8 Smashed my old brew long-play keep cup this morning with freshly made coffee in it so bad start to the day. Dropped into their office in Clifton Hill gave them some feedback on another keepcup we had they listened they were grateful for the feedback and helped me out with a new coffee cup for both my wife and I

Everybody should be using keepcups! They're great! Feels good in the hand and lovely to drink from. My favourite is the double insulated steel cup. Keeps my coffee hot for longer when I'm on the road and fits nicely in my cup holder. The glass keepcup also looks super nice and I love the feel of the cork band.
Fast and friendly to buy a new custom cup from their great range of colours, styles and sizes.
I rocked up without an appointment because I wanted to buy a cup instore (to avoid delivery fee)
I was attended by an employee, which I don't believe is a receptionist. He's super friendly and understands his products well.
They have a display of their products and also glad to have a 2 hour free off-street parking.
Fast and easy process to picking up cups, have done it several times. Staff are friendly and ready to provide suggestions if you’re unsure what type/size of cup is best for you.
Bought one and was using it for just about 6 months. I accidentally dropped no less than 2cm onto my keyboard, and it just shattered. Luckily there was no liquid in it. But you can just tell how terrible the quality of the cup is, I was stunned. Spent the next 5 minutes cleaning up the mess.
I ended up buying a different brand after the mishap. The email customer support to let them know what happened and they weren’t supportive at all.
Do not recommend.
Worst product I have ever purchased
My wife and I bought 2 keep cups and they keep leaking the coffee all over my hands and especially my cloths.
I thought we were just unlikely to get defect products but today I received another keepcup as a gift and guess what it also keeps leaking coffee
How can you fail designing a simple product as this
