Kebab Thyme

Their food is amazing and they are super nice. Their HSPs are very tasty, as well are their kebabs. They are the best place to get HSPs in the area.

I have been one of regulars in this joint from last 3-4 years, still love it but have been facing few regular problems from last 3-4 weeks.
HSP’s are served cold, no more generous servings, no proper cheese n sauce etc. I hope its still under same managemen.

You can still get delicious food but depends on more of who is serving you.

The HSP is a very decent portion size and well priced. Cannot fault the quality of the doner meat. Secondly, also order via Uber Eats and the food was just as good, yes there was a bit of a delay in arriving and it was a bit cold but I know that it was unlikely being the restaurants fault.

Have been coming to this place for a while now. Must say so far it's the best in every aspect in terms of quality, quantity and customer service. The Turkish lady who owns the place has made the atmosphere very welcoming.

I have probably eaten nearly a hundred hsps here. When I first tried their hsp I would get one several times a week. The service has always been great. Many times on a monday I have wanted to get a hsp and then decided not to because kebab thyme isnt open. I dont eat as many hsps these days but when I do I get them from kebab thyme and the quality is still the same as always. Top notch.

Food was a bit cold and wasn't fresh but still tasted alright. Heaps more expensive than the glennys down the road though for what you get.

Although it's not bad in its own right, I would recommend glennys over this mostly because of value and you get about the same quality too.

Had a tasty chicken HSP late at night after sports. The garden terrace out the back is very chilled and a great place to just enjoy a meal and good company.

As someone who has been a long time Kebab thyme customer at both your stores (Springvale Road and Burwood Hwy) I am absolutely appalled by the decrease in the service.

I recently ordered an uber eats of a small HSP - with extra meat and when it arrived at my door it was just chips and meat - no sauses (chilli, bbq and garlic was on the order receipt). I then proceeded to call the store and see what they could do about it. The lady who picked up the phone was absolutely no help at all. She took down my name and said I could have double the sauce on the next order.

Firstly, what am I going to do with double the sauce. Bathe in it?

Secondly your store has never limited the amount of sauce to a portion. If I have ever wanted more sauce the people there have always provided it free of charge.

I will not be returning to either of your stores and/or be using your services on uber.

Other stores such as Glenny Kebabs and Kebab joint in similar locations provide similar food at a similar price and actually look toward helping customers when there is a mistake from their own end.

Great kebab joint with some very interesting versions of the traditional donor kebab. I particularly love the Ottoman version.

Tried plenty of different HSP's from many well known Kebab shops - Kebab Thyme tops them all, while being cheaper as well.
Very friendly staff and they also provide loyalty cards for your occasional free snack pack.
Travel time is longer than most other places for me and will still come here 9/10 times

HSPs are great. Service is great. Run by decent folk. Little bit small and you might be cramped at peak hours. Has 2 tables that fit 6 and several outdoor chairs that fit 2.

There are a few kebab shops in the Glen Waverley area out of all of them both Kebab Thyme and Glenny Kebabs offer the best service at the best price with the best food. 10/10

Usually great but sometimes they make some small errors that are a bit annoying. Almost every time it is a good experience and I would recommend, but I have had the wrong sauces put on my kebabs and very slow service a few times. 9 times out of 10 it's great but be aware that this is possible.
