Kebab Stick reviews
48The food was absolutely delicious! The customer service was great, the owner kept coming and refilling our dipping sauces without us having to ask. Couldn’t ask for a customer service. Definitely coming back.
One of the worst hsp I ever had in my life chicken was so thick and uncooked and fries is cold from
Inside
Try to avoid returning to restaurants because I always have so many new places I want to try. Kebab Stick is one of my very few exceptions. Genuinely delicious, super affordable, cute interior. Deserve far more attention.
We always dine in, mixed kebabs w/ rice are my go to. Both chicken and lamb are killer
Not sure how the process work. If we laugh it’s mean u can put less rice. And if I don’t laugh you will be fair with me.
Good food, but can take a little while to come out if sitting in.
Staff are lovely.
Ordered the whole roast chicken and it was delicious.
Great barbecue charcoal flavour.
Amazing find! So much flavour packed into simply grilled chicken and lamb. Got the kebab to share and will easily get four meals out of it - bargain at $50. Can’t wait to try the dumplings.
They are always good
fantastic prices
fair prices and really tasty food
thank you
Very nice authentic Afghan food. We shared a kebab platter. 3 fresh, tasty skewers of chicken, lamb and mince, fresh homemade bread and a salad, served with a mint/lemon/chili sauce and yoghurt. Delicious. Unfortunately for the owner the shop was deserted on the night we visited. I'm not sure why, the shop is nicely decorated and clean, and the food was excellent. We will be back.
Absolute waste of money. The serving quantity is so small for a price of a good restaurant. They gave chicken with 2 extremely small serves of sauces (shouldn’t even call sauces - one was 50 grams of plain youghart and other one was crushed mint with lemon juice). The so called sauces were not enough for half of the meal so I ended ordering more sauce whichcost me $6 just for the 50 grams of youghart and mint. Never going back. Not recommended at all
That half chicken is great and value for money too. The wrap is also great!
Only criticism is that they should turn that TV on, or maybe have some music on in the background as the dining room can lack atmosphere and be a bit too awkward quiet.
ICE COLD service by owner.
Vegetarian option kebab is same price as meat kebab, everywhere else it's $3 cheaper.
They touch bread with bare hands which I understand is a ethnic thing as we do it in Yugoslavia, it brings beauty to authentic food but such a put off during covid.
We ordered Beryani and mince meet with rice
Good taste
Good quality
Fresh and juicy
But minced meet was too small.
I just had the chicken and mince skewers and honestly it was incredibly delicious.
So fresh and full of flavour, that I had to have seconds.
And the bread was amazing
This place is a must try…
When God created the universe, this restaurant was the motivation for doing so. Delicious, value, lovely people, divine food, buzz words. This place is amazing. And will be spared the flames.
All round great experience. Order was prepared quickly and the mixed kebab tasted delicious, one of the best I've ever had (I've had a few kebabs).
This little joint is lovely. The food is always well prepared, fresh, hot and tasty. It's very reasonably priced too! And the the kebabs are healthy not like your usual ones you get from a take away
By far the best kebab! The only restaurant in the are cooking on coal. Makes all the different.
Just ordered a dish with two skewers and some rice and salad. Few pieces of chicken were missing from the take away box. Like you come to know how the chicken comes out from skewers all in one line. But in my case there was one full line and few pieces here and there. Rang the business who operate the business in a different name on menu log. They are known as Kebab Stick but on menu log they are known as Cameleers don't know why. The person on the phone said that you are lucky that you got some. What an answer. Never expected that from a shop owner but what can you expect from people who operate the business on different names at different platforms. Looks like pretty dodgy business.
