Kebab Hut reviews
68Best HSP ive ever had and top tier service.recommend these guys to anyone down St Kilda way
Delicious kebabs. Great job thank you.
I would never have thought to put pineapple in a kebab but loved it
Such a great taste and wide range of Halal Food. All the staff is very friendly especially the Nepali guy named "Jay".
Visited your hut and was thoroughly disappointed. The customer service was below par. The staff, particularly our server, was outright rude and seemed uninterested in our concerns. When we pointed out an issue with our food, instead of acknowledging the problem, they seemed defensive. On top of that, the prices were steep for what was delivered. Expected a lot more for what we paid. Won't be returning.
The kebabs are to die for, but the cleanliness of the tables and floors are really not acceptable, and it puts us off from going there.
Completely rubbish, I never had such a bad pizza in my life.
Smelly ingredients, raw and smelly low quality
I've ordered the chicken kebab which is one of the worst kebab I've ever had.instead of chicken then are using latus tomato.and making fool to everyone. When I told them about this issue they we're replying need to pay extra 4$ to add some stuff.
My go to for mixed grilled platter for takeaway dinner, Come with delicious rice, salad, 2 x dips, Turkish bread
Nice food quality and taste, service could’ve been a bit better but nevertheless totally worth it.
Last time I'll get food here. Ordered a kebab yet had to wait while the men who came after me all got their kebabs first. Blatant sexism.
Over priced for what it's
order was mixed HSP
served with cold not fully melted cheese
HSP was 3/4 chips
meat and chicken top thin layer
meat tasted good
chicken didn't
not just they have downsized their regular size
not going back nether recommending
It was a nice place with a good staff, the place is not very good to eat but you can try when there are less people eating
The food was good but dont add sauce on the fries (take it as a tip), we didnt know and it was not good but again its upto us (other than that, fries were good)
We had pizza and fries and pizza was amazing too.
Overall it is going to be
Staff 9/10
Food 9/10
Environment 8/10
Feel free to go and have amazing food
Always have come to this place for a late night feed after night shift where possible. Always make amazing kebabs and hsp's. Will definitely come back when my next late shift finishes!
Worst kebab and hsp I’ve had the hsp was so small they charged $1.50 extra for cheese I couldnt eat the kebab as they got my order wrong and it was drowned in the incorrect sauce. Disgusting don’t buy.
Came here on Friday morning and the staff was very rude to me, made me feel like I'm asking for free food; it would be great if they start working on their social skills so they can provide a decent service next time
Surprised this place has such mixed reviews! I ordered on Uber eats and while it took a lil longer than expected, it arrived hot. Had cheesey chips and the portion was generous. Turkish pide was soooo soft and fresh and delicious. Had a falafel kebab with Turkish bread and it was really good - except for the falafel itself. That was chalky and tasted like soap, I ended up scraping it out of the kebab. If they fixed up their kebab recipe I'd probably eat here every week so maybe its for the best
Ordered the Adana platter with chips.ive ordered this many times in the past so this was not a first. What was a first was the soggy chips, the adana had not much flavour and your rice was tasteless and soggy and the whole meal was cool.very underwhelmed by this food tonight and for the prices.sorry but you need to do better.
ASHAAP! What an lazy and non experienced kind of service by the employers that was very discussing i ll never go there
Terrible food, the falafels are dry and bland and are like eating chalk. The chips were wet and the lamb HSP tasted terrible. I paid 18 dollars for a "regular size falafel hsp" on uber eats and 20 dollars for a lamb HSP regular size. For such a cheap meal to make, I was expecting something bigger than a container that small! And on-top of that they add on a service fee charge! What for? The meal would have cost you about $2 to make! There are about 500 kebab joints in Melbourne that will produce 10x better food for half the price - this place will be shut down soon.
First of all I would not like to portray in such a negative way to judge for any restaurant but this thing is quite important. I have order Falafel as I am pure vegetarian. I have ordered my food through uber but what I have got is not Falafel for sure and as you can see It is non veg product. When I called the restaurant they were not ready to listen and they were saying that I am bluffing. I suggest they need to take care of the products and choose wisely as per the order instructions and I can understand that mistakes happen but at least they should apologise and not being such a rude to anyone on their own mistake. Hope they know whats the difference between veg and non veg. All the best.
