We went there Saturday night the staff were so lovely and happy food beautiful the owner is doing it right very impressed will be back please check them out if in area

Ordered hsp and there was no cheese at all. Poor service poor customer service I’m not buying from you ever again.

Good halal food, good service and conveniently located. I wish they’d place some outdoor heaters, it’s freezing at times. There’s a review complaining about food poisoning, this normally takes place at least 12 hours after eating food so may be falsely attributing kebab box to this.

We ordered the Large HSP. Minimal sauce, the large is more like a small. Wouldn’t go there again. Very disappointing

Had a Mixed Kebab this evening and have not stopped throwing up! One Co-Worker has gone home early sick. Food Poisoning immediately after eating from this place! Never purchasing from this place again and will be advising ALL about this experience!

who is cooking however staff customer service is really good.

Not the best customer service ok at best also food is average and I didn't like the fact that I had pick aluminium foil out of the bread

the lady at the counter told us that it will take 15 minutes but took 45-60 minutes, they should hire more people to help if the demand is more.taste was ok, but they kill to much of our precious time.

Kebabs are okay as for HSP the standard one with chips is good, I wouldn’t recommend the one with rice from here, rice is always very Gluggy overcooked they do a good hotdog wrapped in a pitta bread with cheese and sauce very Yum, slightly overpriced but not too bad, definitely had much worse

The kebab felt like was out of burning oven. All black and burnt. This shop should be closed in near future as they can kill someone by serving such food.

They usually make decent HSPs but not this time. The meat was cold and the amount of chips were seriously lacking compared to the meat. Found more chip crumbs than actual chips. I will be looking for alternative places.

The most rip off HSP i have ever had in Melbounre. Paid $24 for this "LARGE HSP". Extremely disappointed. Will never order again!

PATHETIC!
I usually don't give negative reviews but this place has chosen extremely RUDE people. They made us wait for 40+ minutes and still weren't apologetic. The staff didn't tell us that the meat wasn't prepared and upon reminder after 40 minutes we were asked for a refund, Rudely. This was our last time at this place, as this place lacks respect for customers.

Two dry face ladies laugh when i order chicken container when i got my order the whole chicken is overcooked I don't know why they do that with regular customers i complaint them then she ignored me like she's a queen. Please someone educate these girls how to behave with customers and put they away from kebab box.

Tbh the food here is sometimes good and sometimes bad, but whats worse is these 2 very dry faced ladies who seem like they’re the managers, in reality they’re nothing but tools. These 2 are the reason many people stopped coming here. GET A GRIP!

We ordered food from uber eats they called us saying that they are closing and wanted us to cancel order but we couldnt and there were few uber eats drivers were picking up the order we did message them the restaurant is closed and didn't cancel the order. I feel sorry for uber eats drivers.

They have the best service ever, especially the 2 dry faced ladies that the previous comments mentioned it, they are always smiling and trying to help everyone. I don’t understand how people can be that rude and talk about kebab box staff.
They are the best in the town.
