Kebab 66 Somerton

The kebab and hsp at this place are excellent. Prices are reasonable and food is prepared very quickly. Most importantly is the fact that the owner is very friendly and delivers excellent customer service. My go to kebab store in this area.

Nice.but the prices just went so high for the family HSP from 28 to 38 now! Very expensive!

Not sure if I was eating onions or meat. Charging $8 for a box of small chips atleast fill it up properly not half way.

The kebab was good and a decent portion but the staff was very unfriendly and rude. They also put a lot of sauce which some people might like but I dislike.

Very delicious lamb kebab wrap! Hot fresh lamb meat. Good amount of sauce, lettuce, tomato and onion tasted very fresh. Was not much lamb meat though but I forgot to add extra meat to the order. Took only 2 minutes to make so was really surprised how good it was. Spicy sauce was actually a little spicy which was really good! Next time I'm ordering extra meat. Bread was toasted and nicely done. 9/10. Need a little more meat however it's only 2.50$ for extra meat which I forgot to order Besides that awesome kebab! I will be coming back because after I ate my kebab I wanted to buy another one!

The HSP at this place is good, however it was better in the past, if you want a quick bite without traveling much its good.

They've done a revamp in this joint and it looks great. Been a long time in-between visit to this joint and I'll tell ya it was worth coming back. Do yourself a favour and make sure the older bloke does the cooking because he's got it spot on. Love the processed lamb. 5stars!

I have been going here for years and the experience has been amazing. The workers are very kind and put generous amounts of sauce and food. This has been by far the best hsp I’ve had and I cannot go to any other place for hsp

Have been going here for over 5-6years now. Never fails to disappoint. The use of the pizza oven for melting the HSP cheese is a game changer. Also the staff are insanely nice. Couldn't recommend this place enough for a kebab, hsp, iskender etc!

Probably my now go to kebab when in Somerton.
Very impressed with the way I was served. Attentive, friendly and even gave me an approximate time on how long it would take, so I could go back to the car and wait there.
Kebab is fully wrapped in foil so it won't fall into pieces or get cold while driving.
Plenty of meat, not too salty and great flavour.
Just wish there was a bit more salad to beef it up a bit more.

Big shout out to kebab 66 Roxy team for the best kebabs in town. We love this place even when the owner gets grumpy he is funny.

Where do I even begin? !? !
Ok so firstly, my experiences here have been pretty sweet to date. So last time I was in, I decided I'm taking pics and posting a review.
Absolutely loooovveee the staff! Always smiling and pleasant; that's always a big tick for me. But importantly, the food!

So, I'm always trying something different with my takeaway meals and enjoy myself an insane Burger or oversized Parma here and there. On this particular night I wanted a little something different, although this one isn't that strange for the Kev at Kebab66 as he whips this one out almost as a standard menu item. The breakdown:

For one I don't mind the mince lamb variant when getting a kebab, especially if it's finished off on the grill; which is exactly what they do here!
I opted for the lahmacun over the bread. Lahmacun itself can be dry and I find it counters the oily nature of a kebab and brings a balance to the meal. Not to mention, comes with its own layer of meat hehehe. On this particular night I went with the lamb, normally I'd go the lamb/chicken mix (triple meat action). Now the chips in the kebab is a bit of Greek / Macedonian thing that Greeks do in a good Souva. Being close cousins to the Turks, I don't find it to be too out of place here LOL. Chilli flake the hell out of it (like 'em hot), chilli sauce, garlic sauce, but importantly the onion-sumac option over the traditional salad. Again, a change up on this night was leaving out the cheese, as it was quite late; but this is a rookie error.never leave out the cheese!

Speed: 10/10 (even with me taking pics)
Flavour: 10/10 (above said it all)
Filling: 10/10 (actually perfect here without feeling that gross having overeaten effect)
Overall: 10/10

This place is a must visit!
