Kealba Family Practice - Local Bulk Billing Doctors

I have been visiting Kealba Clinic for over 25 years. I find its the best clinic for families, its very clean and tidy. Doctors at this clinic have always been very helpful, kind and considerate. The staff is wonderful, caring and understanding. The best Doctor I saw there was Dr. Simon James. Although he practices at a different clinic in Melbourne now, in my view he is the best Doctor EVER in Australia to have worked here in the past. Then I found Dr. Lim pin pin who was an amazing doctor. Now I find Dr. Marcie Govender who is very good and caring and Dr Somayeh too. Today I saw Dr. Sam for the first time. I found Dr. Sam is very professional kind and considerate, he was very helpful and thorough and very knowledgeable. He is very easy to talk to as well. The quality of the service at this clinic is of high level.staff are very helpful too. I would recommend this clinic to everyone.

Ivexalways had great service here at Kealba Family Practice. The reception/nursing staff are pleasant, respectful and professional. The doctors and practitioners in other services there are understanding and exceptionally helpful.

Lovely staff and very knowledgeable doctors who show an interest in your physical and mental health, without being judgemental. I recommend this family practice to all my friends and family.

Great practice staff are friendly and very accommodating and the doctors have quality time for their patients if it's telehealth or face to face.

Dr Somayeh Mohaghegh is a shining example of what a GP should be. She shows a genuine care for my wellbeing, my current health and isn't trying to rush me out the door like other GPs I have been to.

Despite not attending her clinic for 2 years (due to COVD) she referenced the last thing we discussed two years ago to ensure that I was doing okay for that particular issue.

She takes the time to explain things slowly and in simple terms so that you can understand what the root of the problem might be. She also is great at taking questions and answering them.

I can't recommend her enough if you're looking for a GP.

I know it can be hard to attend the clinic if you are working as they are only 9-5 but it's definitely worth it.

Great clinic however the Dr’s don’t ever seem to have enough time so I often end up leaving still having questions

Dr Gajibi is very approachable and knowledgeable on her craft, very orderly and takes time to help her patients. My first take on Kealba family doctor, very early open and professional compared to a general practitioner on the main rd who says they are open at a certain time and are half an hour in until they are open.

The receptionists are polite and warm. I really loved Dr Goliath Najibi. She is very friendly, polite and really knowledgeable.

From the moment you walk in the receptionists are really enthusiastic and friendly. The general practitioners are also extremely caring. I don’t live in the area any more but I still travel to see Kealba Family Practice as the service and care received is always excellent.

Kealba Family Practice has really helped my husband manage his many complex health issues. Doctors and staff very friendly and empathetic.

Dr Somayeh is a fantastic GP. Knowledgeable about all sorts of conditions and takes an interest in your well being. Nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

Dr Somayeh is so thorough and patient.
She is knowledgeable and provides a high quality service. She is such an asset to the clinic!

I recommend this clinic to everyone, especially Dr. Somayeh Mohaghegh, a general practitioner. This doctor is very kind and responsible, and she is very skilled in treating and diagnosing diseases, and by taking the time and listening carefully to all her medical duties. I went to the surgery on Monday 16th Septewith breathing difficulties. It was 4.45 p.m. Have been there before btw. Told the Receptionist I needed to see a doctor as I was struggling for breath. She told me the surgery closed at 5 so was too late to see a doctor! I was absolutely floored. Left obviously, saying breathing obviously not important. Her lack of anything remotely professional a discredit to this practice. Drove to another practise I had not been to before where I was seen within 5 minutes after I got there. Had a temp of 38.3C and put on the nebuliser straight away. Their Receptionist could see how much I was struggling for breath. Obviously will never go there again.

Not welcoming at all asked to see a doctor. And got served with a rude attitude they dident even try to help. I advise st Luke just around the corner
