Was recommended by another business for fasteners, popped in for the first time only to be met with attitude in regards to ordering before entry! All I wanted was help and advice choosing the right fastener for the job, so job order would be correct. But apparently the particular staff member (short bloke) said I have a lot of orders to do so…….

Extremely good customer service. They have certain sizes of nuts that are impossible to find anywhere else. So happy I came here.

I experienced a simular thing as per Macedonian who left his review. I called them a guy picked the phone was seeming genuine to help a customer in there needs. He asked me to come back and gave me the 8 washers i needed. The guy was very honest, on his Customer Service". Well done pal, i was nearly about to write a bad review but you turned my experiance 360 degrees. Cant thank him enough. Was it Paul.not sure. Thanks again mate, good people go a long way.

Great place to get fastners,, screws, threaded rods & bolts you cant find at Bunnings. Great staff too. Very helpful.

I just went in there and a gentleman I don't know what his name is he has glasses. I asked him for a specific bolt and within 20 seconds I had exactly what I needed. Amazing guy goes out of his way to help. Service is unbelievable I recommend everyone to go here if they need nuts and bolts. Cheers

Everything under the sun bar none. I've came here for bolts in my car, my house my bikes and boats - always got what I needed each & every time.

These guys were great! Looking for something obscure I couldn't find anywhere else, felt a bit silly walking in just looking for a couple of bolts but they were really helpful and had exactly what I needed.

I needed some bespoke fixings for a job i was having issues with.
Thought I would try Keables Counter sales rather then calling up. I was served by a friendly and knowledgeable team member and presented with options to what might work. Thanks very much for your help guys!
