LOVED IT! The venue itself is really great, the staff are super friendly and awesome, there's fantastic food and drinks available, which they BRING IN for you. AND on top of that, the booth is really nice, clean and comfortable, the interface with the app works really well and has amazing functionality - eg, you can change the key of your song - and the selection of songs is really incredible - we were pretty amazed with what they had on the list.

The price for booking per person is also really reasonable and the best part is you can book for the whole evening! We didn't think we'd be in there from 6-11 pm but it's so addictive, we honestly could have stayed even longer!

A really nice, well functioning and not grotty karaoke experience that I would highly recommend. Will definitely be back!

Used to be my favorite karaoke, but this time, they cancelled my booking for no reason, I called them to discuss this cancellation, the staff just told me that my booking was just in waiting period, how could that happened when my booking had been made for 2 weeks?

Horrible service by the man today at the cashier. We were in room #1 for karaoke, which had many issues with 3 out of 5 of the mics. A lovely lady came to fix it and even rebooted the karaoke system. But one of the mic stopped working again soon after. This caused a lot of inconvenience and our entertainment time for the first 35min's, so we raised another complaint to the man at the cashier but he made very unprofessional/rude comments which honestly made kbox cafe not a place I'd visit again.

My daughter celebrated her 18th birthday at Kbox Cafe. Gorgeous venue and great staff. A wonderful time was had by all.

What a hidden gem! One of the best karaoke places I have visited so far. Their rooms are nice and cosy (perfect size for a party of 2) and I loved that there were 2 TV screens! You can easily add music from your phone and control the playlist from there, which was super convenient (no books or interactive screens to rely on). And their song selection! I was over the moon when I found songs from my favourite Japanese artist (I thought I'd only ever be able to sing their songs when I returned to Japan again) and they had almost every other song I could think of. They even had my favourite drink! I can hardly ever get a matcha latte unless I specifically go to a matcha cafe, but they had that as well as heaps of other great drink options. I also thought we got great value for our money. The staff were lovely as well <3 Will definitely be visiting again!

Really cute cafe karaoke location in Melb CBD! My friends and I have frequented this place for awhile, and they have not disappointed! The affordable day prices and cute board game ambience is a big plus. Would recommend! Although don't forget to book for spots because they can be super busy!:)

I was so disappointed that, now you don't have much Japanese songs. Apps are not simple to use for elderly ppl. My mum and aunt loved going there before, with previous Japanese room system. But now, it is impossible for them to go there by themselves. So sad.

The rooms were the perfect cosy size but not stuffy at all! Comfy seats and very good quality microphones, 2 TVs so everyone in the room could see the lyrics. Awesome songs and delicious food. Sound protection was great, I couldn't hear any of the other people in other rooms. All together an astounding experience. Will come again!

Nice hardware and staff services ！！ In addition, Taiwan style snacks are also delicious. Really recommend to visit here for releasing daily stress!

Great place, amazing atmosphere. Only issue would be that it is a little hard to find the actual place because there are no signs or anything, so I was a bit lost. Other than that, definitely recommend it

We had lots of fun, the 3 of us were not expecting to be charged $100 (4x$25) apparently four people is the minimum Saturday night fee, but getting 4 tasty free drinks offset the fee. Unfortunately the heater was set to the temperature of the sun so we were very very very warm for 2 hours (room 20)

This karaoke is so good. I went to there many times. But I think it can add more blackpink’s song?

Came here for my Hen's night and had 5 hours of karaoke for $21 dollars a head with a free drink per person. We had a great time, there were lots of songs to choose from, the drinks were very nice and it is close to public transport. Thanks so much for making my night so special!

We go semi-regularly as a group and always have a good time. The little stage with microphone stand adds to the experience. There are multiple microphones in a room. Karaoke videos are a mix of the original music videos and random around the world videos depending on the song. Recommend booking ahead on weekends. I believe you can't split bill so come prepared with cash or to divvy up the cost with your friends.

We booked online and all the information was wrong related to the prices and the times. Even when we called before we arrived they told us all the wrong pricing. It was a shock to arrive and be told to pay three times what we were quoted! Very disappointed!

The song selection system is not convenient and limited, there is no alcohol. However, staff is friendly. We did enjoy ourselves.

Good venue. Although the KBox rooms can get very hot. Had to keep asking staff to turn the AC back on.

Please change the information your website. I went there last week with two of my friends and when I reached there, the cashier told me that the limit for karaoke room is 4person. Why didnt put it in the website. Dissapointed.

The karaoke is inside the Marche Board Room Cafe, which has board games and bubble tea.

We paid $18 per person for 2 hours on a Wednesday afternoon. A decent price which included a drink.

The room was comfortable, there was a good song selection, mostly older pop songs which were fun.
