Nice, polite and trustworthy. First time today I shopped there, Kaz san and his products are top of the range. I also purchase Japanese grill any Japanese and Australian Wagyu beef which I'll be trying tonight. I recommend them 100%

The best wagyu butcher in melbourne where you can get various cuts for different cooking like shabushabu for hotpot, think slice for charcoal BBQ, stakes, mince, they also have some top sourced wagyu from Japan as well.
If you are a big fan of wagyu ya, this is your place to get a home wagyu feast without considering the budget.
Quality, price and location, friendly service, lucky to live in the nearby suburb.

A small humble shop that stocks the very finest Wagyu beef from both Australia and Japan at reasonable prices. Kaz and his staff are very knowledgeable and enthusiast too. Highly recommended.

It was absolutely wonderful to visit this little butcher. I travelled down from Shepparton to get some of the beef they sell, and I was not dissapointed. Not only was I treated to tea and cupcakes, the staff were very friendly and very helpful. Cannot reccomend this place enough!

Deliciously melt-in-your mouth fatty beef. Not cheap though especially the steaks $90/kg but the sliced meat is very affordable and a little goes a long way!
