I believe kayhanaudio as emerge as the best technology in term of navigation system, audio system cameras system of your car, it easy to install in your car even if u are not an expert, an excellent customer cares is granted big up

This head unit was an amazing unit with very easy installation and I can now finally use Android Auto wireless. Kayhan audio was amazing with the customisable easy EQ audio setting. I recommend this head unit for everything you need for a simple, cheap head unit.

Do not buy from them! They sell faulty equipment and have the worst customer service I've ever come across.
I've got two of there falcon fg mk2 heads unit, a version 2 and a version 5. Both have had issues, especially the ver 5 which was not usable if you had an aftermarked sounds system installed. Got it sent back for replacement 2 months ago. I don't think I'll ever see that head unit again with how little they will respond to me. Apparently "you don't need it" was what they said but my bank account that paid $1700 for it says otherwise. It's a shame the alternative options for an fg falcon look terrible in comparison. Kayhan have so much more potential if they just helped there customers out.

Purchased a secondhand hand unit for my ba falcon and had some questions, contacted kayhan on Facebook. I dealt with a Robert Smith. Not sure why people leave negative feedback about their customer service. Even though my unit was secondhand the support I was given trying to set it up and get it working correctly was possibly the best I've had with any company. I'm not one to leave feedback, but if all support members are as great as Robert Smith they deserve some good feedback. Thank you

I could not get phone calls to work and Bill Morrison was so patient and able to fix the problem. I hope if I have any other issues he is on the other end again. Thank you

I recently bought a car that had one of these radios installed, and the Bluetooth wasn’t connecting properly. I called up to see if they could fix the issue, Robert was happy to oblige. He gave me a few things to try and resolve the issue which eventually helped with my problem.
Even though it was an earlier model, he still did an amazing job and helping. Highly recommended.

Everything went together well and the end product looks really good. All plugs fit and when I had the issue of my steering wheel controls not working I messaged the Facebook page and had Bill Morrison reply and talk me through updating the software which solved the problem.

I bought a Kayhan Audio unit for my 2010 Territory TX. It was very easy to install after watching a few how too vids. I had a slight issue with a button not doing as it should. It was an easy fix for me after Robert Smith from Kayhan helped me through the process of identifying the exact problem and how to fix it. Best experience I have had with support from a company with a product issue. Step by step guidance was greatly appreciated and without it I would have been stuck.
The product is excellent quality and makes my 2010 feel like a 2021 model. I love the fast response and connectivity of the system. So many features and options.
I also added a HD reverse camera, Kayhan Dashcam 2K – KAD01 and an OBD2 at the time of purchase. All items are of high standard and exceeded my expectations. Best upgrade I could hope for and more.
Love this SatNav for FORD BA/BF/Territory 9.6″ inch and its functionality, being Android the apps I had on my phone are now part of my car. Bluetooth tethered internet to my phone so I can have Spotify running straight form the cars own system and having the ability to use one of my Flash drives for all my music connected to one of the USB ports is a huge plus.

Purchased a head unit for my ve commodore. Was quite easy to fit in myself, had gremlins with the air con control which Robert Smith was extremely helpful in helping me fix. Spent about 5 hrs on a Saturday helping me troubleshoot and go thru different scenarios. The whole experience from online order to pick up to getting everything was quite pleasurable. Kayhan audio have great customer service, will go back if I need anything else. Highly recommend. Good job guys

Purchased a head unit and reversing camera for our daughter's car and could not be happier. We had a friend install it for us and the support and aftersales assistance was amazing. We had a few technical issues which were resolved over the phone with very clear directions and so easy to deal with. The price, availability, supply and delivery of the unit was wonderful and I would highly recommend Kayhan Audio to others. Thank you so much.

Awesome product had an issue jumped online and Robert Smith from kayhan worked out the issue and sent out a replacement Cbus unit and is now all sorted customer service was outstanding highly recommend these guys to everyone

Big shout out to Jacob who organised the fitting of said system and dash cams, even sold me on some pod gauges. Everyone and everything was so awesome. The system is fantastic and is so easy to use looks and works great. I highly recommend Kayhan audio for all your audio and tech needs for your car. AAAAAAA+ guys thank you again

I recently had a few software issues with my ve series two unit due to upgrading software.contacted Kayhan via Facebook got a revert smith.he was great got to the bottom of my problem, with another update all sorted.absolutely great to deal with over the past two years of having my unit

I haven't installed the radio yet, but the customer service is great. I pondered on purchasing for weeks and every question I had, Bill Morrison was there to help. I ended up buying because he was able to clarify a lot of my questions and doubts.
