Shopped here regularly in the past but haven't been for a while. Dropped in last week, store has been updated. One familiar face, rest of team very welcoming. Excellent service.

Ordered a bowens mount snoot 10 days before a shoot I wanted to use it at. Took 11 days to arrive. They didn't even post it for well over a week after I'd ordered it. The delivery was advertised as 2 working days. Wasted my time, effort and money. 1 job. They had 1 job.

Zach and the Melbourne team really went above and beyond to assist us with our purchase. We found our not-so-tech-savvy team struggling with the new gear and the guys were happy to help trouble shoot over the phone. Top customer service!

Scott Squires from Kayell was an amazing help. I called him with a difficult problem and he shuffled all sorts of equipment around to find a solution that worked for me. This is customer service at it's finest. I spent $1400 with the company that wouldn't have been spent had he not been so helpful. I will come back again and again and tell others of this experience.
