Kaya is an amazing gym with a great atmosphere and great classes. The coaches and staff are kind and helpful and are attentive. Equipment and bathrooms were always very clean and I enjoyed my time there. Thank you Kaya:)

The reception force me to borrow towel from them for ($2) otherwise they said not let me go to class. But my friend came later after me, she didn’t bring towel either, they didn’t force her at all. Why don’t they treat everyone as same way? I recommend two people sign for membership, I didn’t get any free week at all, when I asked them, they said just the person you recommend will get 4 weeks promotion. Before I sign membership here, my friend recommended me. I didn’t get any thing free weeks at all!

There is an excellent range of equipment. The staff are allways friendly, welcoming and an helfull. The trainers who run classes have excellent expertise. The center (building) has a very comfortable atmosphere. Axcess to personal trainers is very convenient.

If you want pilates to be more exciting by having an instructor slam a classroom door in your face, then this is the health club for you.

My wife's workplace recommended this place for pilates. Everything went well in terms of booking in, showing us around etc, seemed very pleasant.

On the morning of our first class, my wife had a bad fall on the way to Kaya; just an accident. We called and explained what happened, and so the club bumped us up to a class kicking off 15 minutes later; very nice of them we thought.

When we finally arrived, they told us they only had space for one of us. Not what they said over the phone, but since we were inadvertently delayed due to my wife's fall, we had no expectations of being squeezed in. They said they would wait to see if anyone else didn't show up and let us know. When they told us we could both go in, we immediately walked to the class entrance, literally 4 metres away, and the instructor slammed the door in our faces.

We explained this to the reception, politely asking what on earth had happened and the receptionist's reply was "we have a policy that once the door to a class is shut, nobody can go in". Wow.

It takes a particularly bad sort of human being to slam the door in anyone's face, but slamming the door in the face of someone walking into a pilates class is really quite something. I dread to think what's going on in the instructor's head that she honestly thought that was OK, especially from someone apparently working in health, wellness and injury prevention.

Very sorry my wife fell over on the way to our pilates class guys, and that your instructor felt the need to slam the door in our faces because of it.

Curiously, the lady who showed us around Kaya yesterday told me that my own workplace, as distinct from my wife's, used to also have an arrangement with Kaya but that my workplace had "stopped returning her calls". I think you'll find that if you slam doors in people's faces, many more people and businesses will stop returning your calls.

Amazing pilates gym. The environment is polished and clean, the staff are attentive and the booking system is easy to use. I had a good experience with most instructors and found them to be welcoming and knowledgeable. I am regrettably now moving gyms due to work movements, otherwise I would have continued here on an ongoing basis.

I have been thoroughly enjoying the Pilates classes and Barre sessions. The instructors have been fantastic, and the sessions have been challenging. After a month of consistent practice, I have noticed improvements in my posture and overall body shape. However, due to my busy schedule with my studies, I haven't been able to attend classes as frequently as I would like. Currently, I can make it to two classes per week, but sometimes I found it can be challenging to find suitable time slots. I wanted to suggest if it would be possible to have more classes available from around 1 pm to 4 pm. This would greatly help individuals like me who have limited availability in the evenings and mornings.

I was trying to find a place to work out that would meet all my requirements and then Kaya came into my life. I couldn’t be happier!
I love everything about Kaya! The classes are just what I was looking for, the space is super clean and organised, the girls from the front desk are super friendly, the vibe of the place is great and the instructors are amazing especially both Lauren’s, Matt and Jose.

I wish Emporium would also provide cycling classes tho: D

I feel super motivated to go to the gym now!

Staff not try to help. Calling to request to cancel a class in one hour, she didn’t even ask the reason, mentioning will charge cancellation fees. Understanding you have cancellation policy, but sometimes just things come up unfortunately and just can’t make it. Not friendly, horrible attitude and service

I cannot fault my experience at KAYA. The facilities, staff and classes are fantastic and it is a truly inclusive and supportive environment. The classes are varied and structured in a way that makes them accessible to all abilities, and the instructors are knowledgeable and friendly.

KAYA has provided the perfect space for me to move and strengthen my body without judgement or limitation and I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful community

I filed a real name complaint against Alyssa Guevara, the person responsible for hosting me and journey. During the conversation, she spoke very quickly and didn't try to understand my question, saying "i dont understand. "
She was very unfriendly to me, especially when I asked questions about refunds and precautions. They even asked me how much 800 2. Do you think I'm bad at math? I am a consumer and I confirm my policy. Am I doing something wrong?
When she asked me about my job, she found out I was a chef and she body-shamed me, saying "that's why", meaning that's why I'm so fat. And at the beginning of the conversation, I said I wanted to lose weight. I don't understand why I came here to be judged by her.
Her whole behavior made me very uncomfortable, and she was very unfriendly. Now I want to book my course online, but I find that she has not activated my account, so I cannot book my course now.
I asked my friends about their experience of registration, and they were all kaya staff who helped them activate the account, but I didn't get any help, nor did I receive subsequent emails to activate it.
It was such a bad experience from the start, and I have paid for the membership, and I really regret it.

There is no better gym than Kaya! It is a welcoming and calming space. The staff feel like a family and they know everyone by name! The membership is also really good value - especially considering how beautiful the space is and how many classes are on offer, including reformer, barre and yoga - all of which would cost a fortune elsewhere.

For over six years, Kaya has been a constant in my life throughout many ups and downs, and a lot of changes. I have always looked forward to going. The consistency has kept me grounded, and it has been the best thing for both my mental and physical health.

Kaya is just the best, I have so appreciated the reformer classes and having a gym to go to that feels like home. The instructors are worth their weight in gold - a special thank you to Lauren, Jose, Emma, Bri, and Ava as my regulars (and Matt but your classes are like bootcamp level so yes I still hide from your classes haha). This review is well overdue, thanks a mil for making me stronger and fitter xx

If you join a member, they will deduct fees arbitrarily, they will deduct more fees, or they will come back. The manager will swear, the mouth is dirty and bad. Collect money indiscriminately, be careful with your bank card, do not refund money, and find reasons to deduct money. The manager here is so bad, made me sit and wait for a long time, and has a bad temper. Is there no salary here? So hot? I wish you an early closure.

The facilities at Emporium are top notch, clean and modern, you generally just need a bottle and towel. I loved the yoga studio. Kaya is great for if you regularly want to attend pilates and/or yoga classes as the pricing works out to be more cost effective than most studios. Additionally you have access to gym facilities.

I made the decision to pay an early exit fee due to a combination of a few things.

- The responses to low rated reviews. They are, in my opinion, unprofessional. It was in reading these that I decided to just wait out my minimum term and pray I had no issues I needed to go to them for.
- If you arrive within 5-10 minutes of a class there is a chance you could still be late as you have to be manually scanned in. There's normally one person on front desk so if someone has an issue, a queue forms and you have to wait.
- Kaya has the highest late class cancellation fee I've seen across any gym ($35). I've only had to miss a class once in my life and unfortunately it was with Kaya!

I had an overlap of gym memberships (thinking this ones term would end a year from my start date - read the contract as they push it out if you get free weeks and/or pause), and its like night and day with my new gym. Kayas great if you want some pretty facilities but you can most likely get a similar or better experience elsewhere!

Kaya is a holy place for me; I can't express enough of the benefits I have seen on my body in my mind. I feel so much love from the staff and teachers. I love how lovely Anna and Esther always welcome me with smiles, and Matt, Jose, and Lauren's morning classes make me start the day with a smile:) Bray's boxing classes are a bomb, and Gaynor and Lama are also outstanding teachers. This place makes me feel like family <3

Kaya is truly a peaceful and beautiful space for those looking for something more than a gym. It’s a mindful retreat to start or end my day and has improved my mental & physical health tremendously. The staff are so friendly, especially Esther. This post is not sponsored, it’s just genuinely that good and I cannot recommend it enough.

Kaya is my oasis from home. I have been to so many gyms and it is honestly the best gym I’ve ever been a member of. The lovely aroma as you enter makes it more than just a gym, it’s a wellness oasis! Staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I’ve felt significant improvement in my physical health and my mental health. Couldn’t have been happier and even got a few of my girlfriends to join too to share the love!

Been here for 2 months now - gym is extremely clean, staff are super friendly, instructors are all excellent.
Special mention to Monday yoga with Guilia; my flexibility has gotten noticeably better and I really appreciate how easy it is to learn from her especially as a beginner.
Overall fantastic gym, trying to get all my friends to join:)
