7Unfortunately had a bad experience. When asking to try a dress the lady said “it’s $100 is that ok? ” As to assume I couldn’t afford it. Busy mum who doesn’t have time to glam up everyday sorry I wasn’t presentable for you. Will never step foot back in this shop.
I came to buy some clothes for the warmer weather but you close at 4pm? You probably should update your trading hours as they say you close at 5pm. I really like the clothes and they are good quality and price. Some staff members definitely could be a bit happier but at least i dont see the really rude woman that use to be here anymore.
A good range of clothes however I found the customer service below average.

I had most worse experience I ever had shopping today at your outlet in South Morang. The red headed shop assistant was absolutely rude, racist and unwilling to assist. Due to her behaviour we ended up not buying anything from that store that we wanted to buy.hopefully the store management will look into it and take appropriate steps.
I was absolutely put off by seeing the tough look that the shop assistant (Red hair lady) had at the South Morang store. She was rude, nil welcoming skills and definately racist.
Would be happier if they had pastel shades and yellow. Variety is mostly in shades of black, blue and white. Still ended up but alot of stuff. Always love their collection.
