Shopped here today. The lady was rude and couldn't give a dam. She was too busy looking at pendants and how they looked on her. Didn't buy anything as I couldn't wait to get out of there
Love the brand, but the service was pathetic. The sales or store person was busy on phone.
Once again, Shelley at Katies Northland gave fantastic customer service. Shelley is welcoming, efficient, knowledgeable regarding the clothes and gives her honest opinion. Shelley is very professional and Katies is indeed fortunate to have Shelley on the team!
Mostly winter stock - although everything was 40% off.

I did go and see what they had but nothing for what i was looking for thanks
Just had a bad experience with these guys, they refunded on a gift card even after i told them they cannot do this. After 8 weeks of not anwsering or returning my calls and several visits to the store, i get told it is not there issue i need to follow-up with bank they can't help me.
