See something online and head to store yesterday. Definitely would buy something, but the lady on the store have no sense like how to welcome customer. I don't know why she behave like this.
Worst place for online shopping. As per their terms and conditions, delivery can take anywhere between 7-14 working days (or 20+ days if you include weekends and public holidays.)
Went into the Pacific Werribee store today to return items I'd bought online. I was served by Yvonne - who was one of the rudest people I've dealt with in a long time. Thanks for ruining my day - and you've just lost a long-standing Katies customer.
Great shopping experience. The ladies are so helpful but not over bearing. Nice easy shop to navigate around.
Love Katies, love the clothes, love the generous sizing, always appreciated by people who are curvy but have no way of being able to buy from a store which caters to curvy women. For instance, 1 pr of Katies jeans, a nice Katies top and a nice jacket @$100 max. Same outfit from Autograph is $230+. No Brainer if you ask me. Keep up the great prices, styles and customer service.
